A genuine warm welcome from Barbara complete with a lovely home made cake and a bottle of wine to a lovely little cottage which is part of a barn conversion. We are mum and dad and 2 teenage daughters and the cottage is just the right size with 2 en-suite double bedrooms. Obviously converted in the last 10 years so...

My husband, Mum, brother and I stayed at The Swallows for 3 nights at the end of January and had a lovely time. Barbara was very accommodating around arrival times and had left the cottage open for us to arrive and settle in our own time before coming to introduce herself and explain things like the heating. Fabulous cottage in an amazing spot, fully recommended! Barbara greeted us upon arrival and had left a bottle of wine and a home made cake!

DOWNSTAIRS comprises a comfortable lounge with settee, easy chairs, coffee tables and TV and DVD. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a separate dining room seating 6 with a door onto the patio. There is a single bedroom. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM. UPSTAIRS there is a double ensuite bedroom and a twin ensuite bedroom,The cottage retains some interesting original beams and a stone buttress.
