The house is a fully modernised 18th century stone house, the living accommodation is on the first floor which is approached by a stone stairway typical of Quercy farmhouses. There is a large garden bordered by the small trout River Seye and an ample driveway for parking several cars etc.. <BR><BR>The hamlet of Ginals is only 2km from Verfeil in the Seye Valley, one of the valleys of the Midi Pyrenees. This beautiful area lies to the south of the Lot Valley. The whole region is unspoilt and full of charm . Our two weeks in July 2015 coincided with daily temperatures of 35 degs + so the house and grounds were perfect for taking advantage and coping with the heat. The grounds offer shade and the nearby river Seye (stream) cool water. Most of the house remained at more acceptable temperatures. Location is good for visiting the many towns and villages, all within no more than an hours travelling.
