The recently re-modelled interior is furnished in contemporary Thai style to a very high standard, with high quality fittings, including a fully equipped kitchen, home automation system, and 32 inch TV.
The master bedroom on the upper floor contains an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful oval stone bath plus separate shower room, and w.c. The bedroom opens onto its own large balcony/patio area filled with plants and flowers, and with beautiful views of the mountains.
There are four modern loungers and a solid teak table and chairs on a newly constructed deck.
The second bedroom has direct access to the pool and garden, it's own bathroom and w.c. A secret outside shower hides between bamboo and tropical plants next to the pool!
There are plenty of beautiful restaurants locally offering delicious fresh seafood and local dishes. Most restaurants cater for Children and those that prefer e.g Western food. The exclusive 5* Laguna Resort hotels, (including world famous Banyan Tree) are close-by for gourmet dining. Lively Patong and Phuket are also only 20 minutes away so you can have the best of both worlds.
Fun local Thai markets are held locally, twice weekly where you can buy Thai foods, silk, trinkets fresh fruit and much more. For regular items, a well equipped Tesco Lotus supermarket and a stunning “Villa Market” supermarket are both a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for your morning stroll!
There is a modern local pharmacy, an excellent medical centre is situated in close by Canal village, and for emergencies a modern well equipped hospital near Phuket Town.

Interaction with guests: We are very fortunate to have secured the services of global property management company CBRE to manage our villa. CBRE will be your local one-stop shop during your stay providing:
- a meet and greet service
- a tour of the villa when you arrive.
- a contact number. They are available during daily hours, and then during the rest of the day in the event of an emergency.
- housekeeping.
- pool and garden maintenance.
- common areas maintenance.
We were lucky to spend a week in Angela's tropical oasis in March and it certainly wasn't the last time for us.
The villa is spacious, both bedrooms are lovingly furnished, as is the rest of the modern house.
Every room is decorated in Asian style.
The living room with the open kitchen is large and you feel instantly at home.
As a side sleeper, the only thing we can say is that the mattresses are pretty hard.
But somebody else might find that a good thing.
Everywhere there are large closets and more than enough storage space.
Plenty of fresh towels are provided and four kimonos are also available.
The master bathroom with it´s impressive bathtub (besides a separate shower) is of course fabulous.
The ensuite bathroom with shower on the ground floor is also large and well-kept.
But the highlight for sure is the beautiful garden, with its large pool and the picturesque outdoor shower.
This oasis offers everything you need to relax in tropical nature.
Every evening we enjoyed a proper sundowner sitting by the romantically lit pool.
The resort complex itself is secured with security 24 h and very well maintained.
However, there is no possibility to get breakfast or coffee within the residence.
The next cafes, which open in the morning, are pretty far away.
It’s almost impossible to reach them by foot in the heat.
However, Angela's helpful and always available assistant gave us the tip right at the beginning to install the Grab food app.
So we were able to have breakfast delivered to us from various cafes in the area every morning for little money.
We had breakfast in our garden paradise and then jumped straight into the pool.
By taxi you can easily reach the big villa market, where you can go shopping for everything you need, even excellent Italian wine
for a reasonable price.
For us nothing was left to be desired and we will definitely be back to Angela’s paradise.

Perfect luxury villa
My partner and I booked this villa for 12 nights and from the initial contact with the owner to leaving the property, everything was first class!
We booked an airport transfer which was waiting for us upon landing in Phuket and we were taken to the villa, which is in The Residence Resort, in around 30 minutes. The check in was efficient and friendly and we were left with a wealth of information about the villa, the surrounding area and the island, with many recommendations for restaurants and trips. We were also given contact information for assistance, should we need it, from the onsite team during our stay.
The villa itself is beautifully furnished. Very spacious and luxurious with a fabulous private pool and outdoor patio with sunbeds and an eating area. It was very difficult to leave the pool at any time of day, although we did manage to drag ourselves away on occasion.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need for creating a culinary masterpiece at home, or of course, there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity of the villa, even one onsite (although a little expensive). The bedrooms are spacious, the master being upstairs with a fabulous bathroom comprising a huge shower and egg shaped bath. Linens were beautifully soft and the bed was so comfy it was difficult to get out of and walk all the way downstairs to lay by the pool.
There is a restaurant (Bamboo) opposite the villa complex which is very good value for money and serves tasty food if you don't want to walk to the beach. There is also a night market held on a Monday and Thursday which is a handy 5 minutes walk away and has everything from food, clothing, toiletries and gifts. Tip: If you would like food, get there early as everything sells out fast! There are plenty of tuk tuks available at the market should you wish to go to the beach for dinner/drinks afterwards costing 100THB. Tesco supermarket is a further 5 minutes from the market for a handy weekly shop.
All in all we had a fabulous time at the villa. Very private, quiet and not overlooked at all which made it feel like we were the only people there!
Would I recommend this villa? Absolutely! Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat! If you're considering staying in Bang Tao at a luxury villa look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent Villa and Location
Lovely villa in great condition and convenient location. Near to 2 supermarkets and numerous restaurants within walking distance, beach not too far by foot as well. Arrangements for airport transport can be made via the owner and are first rate. We had a great stay - highly recommended.

The house is so fantastic that it is an effort

I am very glad that you and your wife very much enjoyed our villa with its large pool and our newly refurbished decor. CBRE maintain the villa, including the pool and garden maintenance as well as housekeeping. They are also available to guests to deal with any questions, arrange tour bookings, car hire and if necessary rectify any maintenance issues. As owners we very highly value the service CBRE provide.
Yes the fitness facilities are on the small side, but it is a very small resort. There are many other fitness facilities in the area, including a new fitness centre in Boat Avenue. Groceries can be bought at Tesco Lotus, which is a 5 minute walk from the villa - here you will also find ATM's, pharmacy, coffee shop, book shop and other stores. A bigger selection of shops, restaurants, supermarket (Villa Market) is at Boat Avenue, which is a 3 minute drive.
There are many spa's nearby who could provide manicures and pedicures, however, my favourite thing to do is to have a lovely Thai lady give me a fabulous manicure and pedicure on the beautiful Bangtao beach, underneath the palm trees, listening to sound of the waves - I also combine this with a gorgeous relaxing massage - you can expect to pay around 400thb for each treatment - money very well spent in my mind.
We hope to see you and your wife again and that you will recommend us to your family and friends.

The place is better than how it seems in pictures. Cleanliness, staff helpfulness, safety - all top notch. Angela and the CBRE team did a fantastic job in terms of coordination and organisation. Organisation of car, tours, massages and food - all convenient with Angela and CBRE help. I highly recommend this place for 1 to 2 couples. People who love to cook, Please know that the kitchen is more than equipped. Value for money and if I could give more than 5 Stars I definitely would. Good job Angela and CBRE team. Regards, Athar

Beautiful villa
Well located quite near to Bang Tao beach, one of the nicest beaches in Phuket, not too touristy or commercialised. The villa is part of the Residence Resort which has a spa, restaurant and bar. We had a dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were excellent in terms of quality and value.
The villa itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated in traditional Thai style but with all modern amenities e.g. broadband, TV with some English language and European channels, washing machine, dishwasher.
The garden is lovely with palms and a waterfall, and the swimming pool is a good size. The water was very warm when we were there.
It would be best to have a car and there is ample parking on the resort very near the property. You can walk to a Tesco Lotus and Boots, but there's also a village a short drive away with a very good large supermarket and many restaurants.
The agents met us at the property and gave us their contact details, they were very helpful.
All in all, it was a very enjoyable, relaxing stay and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Super und komfortabel
Wir haben bereits mehrfach in der Villa gewohnt und sind immer wieder begeistert. Es ist ein Gefühl, wie "nach Hause kommen". Das Inventar ist gepflegt und aktuell auch renoviert/modernisiert worden. Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl, nicht zuletzt wegen der sehr guten Betreuung durch die Eigentümer - vielen Dank Angela!

We have stayed several times in the villa and are always thrilled. There is a feeling of "coming home". The inventory is well maintained and currently renovated / modernized. We always feel very comfortable, not least because of the very good care of the owners - thank you Angela!

Relaxing getaway
Beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet. Responsive management team. Love laying out by the private pool. Glad to have a kitchen. 10 minute walk to the beach where you can get a fantastic massage. Our only complaint is the mosquitoes. Apparently they didn't get the memo that they weren't invited.

Beautiful villa!
We stayed at Angela’s villa for 8 days. The villa was even better than what we had expected. There’s a big pool and the house is well equipped and clean. We had also house keeping every other day. Everything worked well and no trouble what so ever. I definitely would recommend.

Amazing Villa for a terrific week on Phuket!
Modern and beautifully decorated. Private, quiet and luxurious. Close to Bang Tao Beach, and all roadways to other parts of Phuket. While it has 2 large bedrooms, it was a great stay for the two of us with the large living room, swimming pool with the amazing waterfall/statue and the lush gardens. Highly recommend this Villa, we'll stay there again for sure!

The villa is short walk to the beach and local thai and western restaurants. 11 minutes walk to good supermarket and shops. Fun local Thai markets twice a week!. Private parking is available.

We can arrange car hire or if you wish to arrange your own. We use ‘Rentalcars’ if we rent a car for our own use.
