This colorful artisan Bahamian style house with wrap-around porch is on a private sandy beach. The beach is in a unique protected cove, perfect for kids. Enjoy miles of uninterrupted secluded beaches, snorkeling and wild life viewing.
This newly completed house provides spectacular scenery from every window. Each bedroom has spacious closets and comfortable bedding.
The house is designed such that it can be divided into a 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with a maximum of 8 people. the rate shown is for the full house. the 2 bedroom is 1540 and the efficiency is 1000, including all taxes and fees

About the neighborhood
the house is on a secluded cove on the windward side of salt pond. there is nothing for miles but empty beach to the north and south of the cove. salt pond is about mid island on the leeward side. that is about 2 miles away. it has the best shopping, a gas station and is the site of the long island regatta. we have a caretaker who lives in salt pond who will help you out with anything. he will meet you when you arrive and get you started with the house
