By car – If travelling on the A3 take the Malden Junction, the A2043, towards New Malden. Keep on this road (becomes the B 283) for 1 mile (1.5K) and 92 Coombe Road is on the left next to the Royal Oak Pub.

By train - New Malden Railway Station is within a 7 minute walk which gives access to the Underground and Tram Link within 10 minutes and Central London in 25 minutes, making all London and Surrey attractions very accessible.

By bus - A number of buses serve New Malden and the 213 passes the house on the way to or from Kingston and Sutton,
