Lovely 17th century cottage in the heart of Bronte country, ideal setting for walkers, cyclists or anyone enjoying the country. Close to local shops and great local pubs.
The cottage has 2 double bedrooms separate dining room fully equipped kitchen, living room with multi-fuel burner.
Dog Friendly.
Excellent accommodation in a gorgeous cottage. Great communication with owner, has everything you need for a break away. Even better it is dog friendly.

Great little cottage
Great cottage in great location. The cottage has everything you will need and the garden area to sit out in and relax is lovely.
John is a great host who leaves you to your own devices but is on hand if you need him, great communication.
Would definitely recommend a stay here.

dog friendly
great place to stay with everything you would need bbq,wood for woodburner,toilet rolls etc and even had dog food in a cupboard.small garden with seating and fenced in for dog parking in the road but not a problem,pub 90 seconds to walk i timed it,good co-op shop 100yds away.no complaints at all.

Breathtaking part of the country
Cottage is a home from home.
Oxenhope is beautiful place to stay.
Loved every minute will return.

Lovely cottage with great views
Just returned from a 3 day break with my husband and two small dogs.
The cottage has a really relaxing feel to it with stunning views from most of the windows.
It had everything we needed and a real home from home. Lots of lovely places to visit with dog friendly pubs and restaurants. Spent time in the garden as the weather was good to us.
There are steps to the property as it is set above the road but it wasn’t an issue for us, the cars drive slow and there is on road parking. We parked right outside and there was always a space.
Great value for money and John the owner rang us before we arrived to give us info on parking etc.
We look forward to visiting again.

Holiday
Mum and I had a lovely week at Rock Cottage.
Garden is perfectly secure for dogs. The cottage is so much more than i hoped for, the attention to detail for example, the kitchen equipment is beyond anything I have come across before in many years of cottage holidays.
Location is great got access to lovely walks and visiting other towns.
John is the perfect host always on hand for information or assistance if required.
Can't recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

Wonderful Rock Cottage
Rock Cottage is a lovely place! Dog friendly too!
Elevated from the road up some stone steps gives you a fantastic view of the landscape and also ensures the dogs and kids are safe from the road. The thick walls keep the heat in from the log burner and on hot days it's like walking into an air conditioned building. Well equipped and close to the pub. A characterful cosy place. The owner is always on hand should you need anything, which is reassuring. Can't wait to stay again!

Brilliant cottage x
The cottage is lovely and the kitchen very quaint... the pictures don’t do it justice.... near Haworth and we went to Hendon Bridge. had a fantastic time and John was very helpful and accommodating.. would definitely recommend x

Lovely pet friendly place
The cottage is lovely, a real gem!
We stayed for 2 nights, it was ideal for a family of 4.
The place is well maintained and well equipped.
BBQ in the lovely little terraced garden.
Cracking views from the front windows and garden.
John the owner is great, kept in touch with us to check if we were having a good time, I didn't need to call on him for help but I'm sure it would have been provided if needed.
Oxenhope is a lovely picturesque little village, we found 2 pubs within reasonable walking distance, The Lamb Inn is a few doors down from Rock Cottage, sadly not serving food though when we visited.
There is a Co-Op down the road about 5mins walk.
Only slight negatives for us:
There are steep steps leading up to the cottage from the road, however next door has a slopped driveway I'm sure you could use with permission if needed.
Parking is on road which is quite narrow so you need to park up against the wall, again not a big issue I stopped to let everyone out that side before parking up when it was quiet.
There's a pond in the garden, one to be aware of for small children or water loving dogs!
Overall we really rate this place, its a bargain at the price we payed, we would visit again.
