Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers. Town: The small village of Oxenhope lies amid wonderful scenery, and offers the chance to take advantage of the multitude of walks in the area. The village, with its shops, churches and pubs, is home to the terminus for the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, an authentic steam railway brought to prominence in the film The Railway Children, which runs on a regular basis to Haworth and on down to Keighley.More

We loved this cottage! It's so cosy, picturesque and welcoming. Will and Helen were really lovely, and even though they lived opposite the cottage, we never felt like our privacy was invaded, and felt better knowing we could call on them if we needed anything....More
