The villa has a beautiful garden with an artificial pond and colourful flowers, a 50sqm swimming pool with salt water and a deck with a pergola, sitting area and sun loungers. Outside the kitchen there is a terrace with a big dining table for 10 people and an outdoor sofa. In front of the living room there is another comfortable sitting area with a sofa, armchairs and table. The villa also offers a BBQ and ping pong table for its guests to use. *the pool can be heated on an extra charge.
