Definitiv Abzocke in der Corona-Zeit. Wir reisen seid 15 Jahren von Mitte Dez. bis Mitte Jan. nach Gran Canaria. Zwei Jahre hintereinander waren wir Gäste im Haus von Conchi. Die Anlage ist Top, Lage super 10 min. zum Strand. Einiges muss man sich schön reden. Nun nahmen wir im kauf dass, das Haus recht abgewohnt ist. Bei der Abreise im Januar haben wir schon für Dez. 2020 reserviert. Bedauerlicherweise haben wir auch sofort die 50% Anzahlung überwiesen. Seid März hofften wir diese Reise war nehmen zu können. Unser Alter und die Reise Warnungen auch für die Kanaren machen uns Angst. Mit Maske am Strand, geschlossene Geschäfte und Restaurants das ist doch kein Urlaub. Also im September haben wir beschlossen Fr. Conchi um eine Stornierung der Buchung zu bitten. Wir haben die Anzahlung direkt an Fr. Conchi überwiesen somit ist es schwer Teil der Anzahlung zurück zu bekommen. Frau Conchi begründet die Verweigerung der Rückzahlung mit dem Argument, Sie hätte ohnehin wenn wir nicht kommen schon 50% Verlust und behauptet weiter, dass die Touristen trotz der Corona zu Ihr kommen. Drei Monate vor dem Reisetermin für Stornierung 50% ist einfach eine Abzocke! Wir bedauern ihre Haltung und werden uns an einen Anwalt wenden. Schade, aber als Gäste hat sie uns verloren.

Wir sind wieder mal auf Grani, wie jedes Jahr. Immer in der Bahia 06 aber zum zweiten Mal bei Conchi. So wie im letzten Jahr war auch in diesem das Haus super sauber. Wir freuen uns über die neue Matratze und die neue Couch :) Preis Leistung Verhältnis passt! Wir können das Haus empfehlen! Jörg und Frau aus Bremen

We had a lovely stay in Meloneras over half term. The resort where the house is located is very close to the local beach, restaurants and supermarket and a short drive or 15 min walk to Maspalomas beach front. We found the resort to be very peaceful and friendly with more Spanish Dutch and Scandanavian visitors than English. It was low key and family friendly which suited us. The house worked well for a family. It is functional rather than luxury. It was more surrounded by houses than we realised but most were empty so not an issue. Good points: Location Good air con clean spacious for family of 4 Friendly managers in Conchi and Lavania. Pools are lovely and main one is big with loads of beds and umbrellas. Little one good for kids to splash. Big pool was very cold at times though. Not so good points: Wi-Fi was non existent. We tried several devices and couldn't access it once. Lavinia tried to reboot at The office but still didn't work. Tv has no English channels except BBC news. Wouldn't be an issue if Wi-Fi worked. If you want kids to chill out bring a device with downloaded content... The double bed is huge but very firm. Some will like this some won't. We managed but it wasn't ideal. Not enough outdoor furniture. There are 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds but you would have to carry these upstairs if you wanted to sit and look at the view. All in all we had a great time and for a family looking for a relaxing and safe holiday we would highly recommend.

Wir haben hier als Familie (2 Erwachsene/2 Kinder) eine schöne Woche im Februar 2019 inkl. Selbstverpflegung verbracht. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Anlage in zweiter Reihe. Dadurch ruhig gelegen (kein Verkehrslärm), allerdings vom Parkplatz ein kleines Stück länger zu laufen, aber machbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat trotz fehlender Spanischkenntnisse problemlos geklappt. Der Kontakt war sehr nett. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und verfügt über alles, was man als Familie für eine Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Kochmöglichkeit mit Backofen, Microwelle, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. waren vorhanden. Insgesamt ist zwar die Inneneinrichtung/Fliesen nicht mehr ganz auf dem neusten Stand, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Toll waren die lauen Abende auf der schönen Terasse. Den Kindern hat die tolle Poolanlage in der Anlage sehr gut gefallen. Wenngleich die Wassertemperaturen im Februar noch recht frisch waren (unbeheizt). Von der Dachterasse hat man einen tollen Blick. Die Lage des Ferienhauses in Meloneras ist ebenfalls sehr gut u. schön zentral. Alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5-8 Min. , die Strandpromenade, Supermarkt, Cafes, Restaurants ebenfalls. Auch die Ausflugsziele mit dem Mietwagen alles problemlos erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub hier und können das Ferienhaus/den Bungalow uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder nach Gran Canaria kommen, würden wir es wieder buchen. Wir kommen wieder ...

Seid Jahren verbringen wir Weihnachten auf Grani. Wir sind wieder mal für 4Wochen in Bahia 6 Siedlung und zum ersten Mal bei Conchi. Ein zweistöckiges Haus einfach eingerichtet in zweiter Haus Reihe, gut so denn direkt an der Straße stürt doch der Auto Lärm. TV, zwei Sessel im Innenraum und Sonnenliegen sind neu(nicht wie auf den Fotos). Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw... vorhanden. In der Küche ist eine neue Kaffemaschine, Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen im guten Zuschtand. Das Haus und der kleine Gärten ist super sauber. Preise sind leider in dieser Siedlung leicht übertrieben. Bei Fr. Conchi passt eben alles. Über die Straße und am H10 Hotel vorbei befindet sich der erste Strand. Wer den Turismus fleyer braucht geht die Promenade am einiegen Hotels vorbei runter und ist mitten im Geschehen. Wer von der wunderschönen Insel andere „Seite“ sehen möchte sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten, die sind recht günstig zu bekommen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wider. Lieben dank an Fr. We are delighted with our stay in Meloneras. We enjoyed the charm of the houses of this holiday village Large pool secure and regulated. But lack of supervision which means that the rules indicated on the panels are not respected. We have some remarks about the beds: the mattresses are very hard and the springs make them uncomfortable. The pillows are too soft and some are old Regarding the noise, we were amazed by the amount of dogs around us barking throughout the day .. which does not facilitate rest and tranquility.

We are no strangers to the southern part of Gran Canaria and have been coming here (mostly to the Maspalomas area) for many years. In 2018 we needed a bigger bungalow than the usual, two persons bungalows we had frequented in the past, as our daughter and grandchildren would join us on our trip. Searching the Internet for interesting alternatives, we settled through TripAdvisor for a privately-owned bungalow in the huge complex of Bahia Meloneras. It turned out to be a superb choice and we got a very nice response to our immediate Email questions by the owner Conchi P. Spacy and in very good condition, we had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the tranquillity of the place, the nice pool area without disturbing music terror from a pool bar, the superb location close to the Meloneras beach, close to the huge super market ‘Mercadona’ and not far from the famous Faro of Maspalomas. As promised, Lavinia was waiting for us and showed us everything we needed to know. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this bungalow and its owner.

Had a great stay from the moment Lavinia guided us to number 140. The apartment was spotless and well equipped (would have liked a few more English TV Channels) The complex it's self is well maintained and equipped with nicely planted areas. We really enjoyed are stay the area is quite and safe for kids , The area has a range of good restaurants close to the beach. A nice stroll takes to the Faro area with more place to eat and classy shops. Thanks Mr Conchi

Perfect accommodation for a family, very secure and safe. Able to lock the gate in the garden, so extra safe for our 3 year old. Perfect if you want to be away from the usual tourist areas, with an array of excellent restaurants within 20 minute walk down the promenade (accomodation 5 mins from beach). We're are going to book this property again next year. Communication with Conchi (the owner) was excellent!

Had a great week stay. Clean, quiet and secure place to stay, shared pool on the complex. Short walk to beach, restaurants and bars, supermarket close by too. Nice surprise was a washing machine so no need for post holiday washing. Free Wifi, need to login regularly but not a problem. Perfect place for family or couples holiday, really recommend it.
