Not many positives with this place, I had high expectations from the pictures displayed but I was bitterly disappointed when we arrived. The place is run down, the pool tiles are all falling off and the pool filter is not working properly so we were hesitant to go for a swim, outdoor cane furniture is deteriorating and as soon as you touch it crumbles, the air conditioning in one of the rooms leaked so much when we came back into the room it had flooded the whole floor, after complaining and them coming out it was never fixed, they just blamed owner that he didn’t want to fix anything. They say the place is serviced once during your stay and was told they would tidy up and mop floors, all they did was change bath towels. The place inside needs an update the beds are old and uncomfortable, if this doesn’t put you off, bring everything you need for the kitchen they do not supply anything, no washing up liquid no tea sugar coffee the basics. I have stayed in a lot of places and this is by far the worst, for the money spent do your research a bit better and look elsewhere. I want to leave with a positive, the place is large and spacious, the outdoor area is nice to sit at and enjoy a drink if it was more comfortable and it’s quiet, and I got to do my washing after travelling Europe for a couple of weeks, sorry guys run.

Nice villa ideal for a family or group friends. Pool is really nice rooms were good size. We used Uber for getting around. Small super market near by and also a spar. Albufeira strip was about 15 minutes in a Uber cost around 40 euros for 6 of us in one taxi or around 20 euros for a group of four. ( Uber ) Really enjoyed our stay would recommend good value.

Séjour convenable après quelques corrections faites par le propriétaire villa acceuillante et piscine splendide

When arriving at the villa it’s in a nice location you will defiantly need a car. We were dissapointed over all with villa the sun completely goes from the pool area at 3pm which with having children is a issue. The one twin bedrooms air conditioning was broken with water leaking out of it over the floor which was the boys bedroom so the lettings agent came out and told us it was broken and we aren’t able to use it!! (In July) the same bedroom has 2 twin beds in it but you can’t actually open the wardrobe doors fully cause there isn’t enough room so we had to move side tables out in order to even get into the wardrobes. There is no where in the villa with a plug mirrors or dresser for you to be able to do your hair so again we had to move furniture around to enable this ( no major issue but a pain). The swimming pool has tiles missing off the floor so all 3 kids ended up with cuts to there feet and toes! I don’t usually leave reviews but considering we paid nearly €6000 for 2 weeks it’s just not up to standard! And the outdoor furniture was a disgrace. The lettings agent have been very helpful especially when it came to the foot wide gap at the top of second flight of stairs which my little one could of fell straight threw!!
