Lambis Athina is a fabulous new, ultra modern semi detached villa in this much sought after area. Just a short stroll from shops and restaurants, it is even walking distance from the lovely town of Lindos and the beach I just over 1 klm away.
Beautifully finished in modern style Lambis will be your perfect base the a great holiday in the Lindos area with very attractive modern living areas and both bedrooms on the upper floor ? a fantastic balcony over looking the pool and gazing out to sea beyond or with views over the garden to the side. The villas are totally separated by a high fence to give very good levels of privacy whilst to the rear a shared access area leads to your private entrance gate and into a beautiful secluded courtyard where you can enjoy the barbecue, a game of table te...

La villa è nuovissima, completa di tutti i confort, molto curata. Organizzazione perfetta per check in check out e per qualsiasi necessità. Area esterna con piscina, zona solarium con lettini e ombrelloni, giardino, barbecue, tavolo da Ping pong e bigliardo, due zone pranzo esterne ( una vicino alla piscina ed una vicino al barbecue). Internamente la villa ha una bella zona giorno con cucina ad isola centrale, un bagno completo e piccolo ripostiglio ( presenti lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asse e ferro da stiro); al p. Primo ci sono due camere doppie, entrambe con terrazzo, ed un bagno completo. Posizione: vi posso dire che dal letto della camera matrimoniale di sera di puó vedere l’ Acropoli illuminata..spettacolare! 10 minuto a piedi e si è in centro Lindos e alla spiaggia di Sant Paul ...meravigliosa! Perfetta per due coppie o famiglia con due bimbi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!
