Tower House of Pirates, The Sailor's House is located in Taormina former fishing village just 30 meters from the sea and only 6 km from Taormina Torre pirate Ex warning tower were used in the past to check for suspicious vessels or enemy pirates and signals the arrival of lighting a fire rose and fell many times as there were sighted ships. Formed from the ground floor kitchen, living room with kitchenette with stove with 4 burners, fridge and freezer, equipped with dishes, pots and pans, washing machine and a small bathroom with shower. Ottima scelta per chi ama la tranquillitÃ
Grazioso, semplice e ristrutturato con gusto. Nessuno sfarzo ma l'autenticità di un appartamento ricavato in un edificio antico che assomiglia proprio ad una torre. Situato in una zona silenziosa ma vicinissima alla spiaggia, è l'ideale per chi preferisce la pace, i suoni del mare, i sapori autentici piuttosto che i lussi del grand hotel. Gentilissima ed affidabile la gestione.

Superbe
Appartement sur 3 niveaux à 2 pas de la plage. Vue superbe depuis la terrasse au 2eme étage. Idéal pour un couple et un enfant.

Wonderfully quiet retreat with sea views
Casa Torre dei Pirati in Letojanni, about an hour north of Catania was perfect for us. A quiet, extremely comfortable and clean three story apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen dining/sitting room. The single bedroom on the third floor has a balcony with sea views across the bay to the delightfully beautiful town of Taormina. We were able to sit and enjoy the views and eat looking out across the sea. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the ground floor included another shower and toilet. Letojanni is a small seaside town with a number of excellent restaurants. The cost of eating out is minimal consequently we enjoyed an evening walk along the sea front promenade when we went out to eat. Taormina is nearby, ten minutes by car. It is a stunningly beautiful hilltop town with amazing views of Mount Etna on one side, a Moorish hilltop fort on the other and the sea. The town is known for the Teatro Antico di Taormina, an ancient Greco--Roman theatre where nearby cliffs drop to the coastline where there are many coves with sandy beaches. Also worth visiting is Isola Bella, a tiny island and nature reserve connected to the mainland by a narrow stretch of sand.

Amazing holiday
Graziella was lovely she came to pick us up from the bus stop at Letojanni and cama at 7 15 am on our leaving day and took us to Taormina bus station so we could catch the airport bus to save us money on a transfer. The house was lovely everything was there that was needed she even gave us a bowl of home grown fruit to eat on arrival which was so kind. The house is 100 yards from the shore and we went in June so Letojanni was very quiet I would recommend the holiday let and destination without hesitation . The house has 3 levels and a beautiful balcony looking over the sea we were very sad to leave as we enjoyed our stay so much. So thank you so much Graziella
