You might also hear the soothing sound of the Carillon Bell Tower chime the hour and play a familiar childhood tune. The spacious main floor of the home provides families with an open-concept floor plan, with a large, fullly-stocked kitchen and dining area that seats eight plus six additional seats at the bar for larger groups, seating a total of 14. The kitchen and dining area open to a large family room with a 60-inch SmartTV as well as board games and activities for families to enjoy. The main floor also offers one of the two king master suites with an en suite bath with separate shower and claw foot tub. The second floor features a second king master suite with private access to the upper covered porch, perfect for a quiet cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the morning sunrise. This second master suite also has a large bath with separate shower and claw foot tub, as well as a walk-in closet. Additionally, the second floor offers the third and fourth bedrooms, each with queen beds and shared en suite bathroom, a bunk area with four twin beds, and a full-size laundry room. Butterfly Kisses is just a short, three-minute walk down the safe, quiet village street to the beach and Dune Walkover #3, the only dune walkover in Carillon to provide restrooms and showers. We are just a one-minute walk to the Bellview Park pool (heated seasonally), playground and tennis courts. Our home is also just a one-minute walk down the shady promenade to the quaint Village of Carillon, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or ice cream at Our Little Beach Café (open seasonally), lunch or dinner at The Lake House Restaurant, or take advantage of Salon Baliage & Spa, Paradise Fitness and Yoga Elements. You can also rent bikes and paddle boards or pick up last minute sundries from the Shipwreck General Store. The Carillon Village is also the venue for the popular Monday Night Summer Concert Series, Groovin' on the Green, and weekly Wednesday Family Movie Nights on the Green. While we are only a text, phone call or email away, we have a local house manager to assist with any unforeseen issues that require immediate attention. Please come share our beautiful southern-style home. However, please keep in mind that our home is for families to enjoy. We do not rent to singles or young groups. THE THREE POOLS: The Beach Club and Pool, with relaxing views of the Emerald Coast, features The Beach Club Pavilion, which is the perfect shady spot to enjoy a picnic lunch by the sea. The Bellview Park Pool offers a heated pool during the cooler months and Spring Break.

Carillon Beach is five minutes to Rosemary Beach, 10 minutes to Pier Park, 20 minutes to Seaside, 25 minutes to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and 30 minutes to St. Andrew's State Park & Shell Island Tours. There are excellent restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques in all directions, as well as a dozen nearby golf courses.
