This lovely 3 bedroom apartment is located just off seafront of Spinola Bay in St Julian's. It is located less than 5 minutes on foot away from Malta's nightlife district - Paceville. The seafront is just 200m away from the apartment. The apartment has also air-conditioning. This large apartment is located in a quiet but central area of St Julian's - it is one of the largest tourist areas in Malta and is therefore suitable for tourists of all ages. This apartment is blessed by a lot of light and is very airy. This apartment has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen/ dining/ sitting room. This room has big windows overlooking 2 big internal yards and gets lots of light all throughout the day. This apartment has 2 WC, one with bath and one with shower. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas and electric heating, and fans. Apartment specifications: Internal area is about 120 sqm. back terrace 5 sqm 20 steps at the building entrance, 2nd floor with lift 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds, Bathroom, WC room, Sleeps 2-12 persons. Facilities: Fast and unlimited WiFi internet and digital TV - IPTV (with several different international channels) are provided, free of charge. Well equipped kitchen including Electric oven, microwave, toaster, Percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, etc. Hair Dryer, iron and ironing board and Washing machine. Cots and highchairs are available on request. Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in Winter. Towels and bed sheets are provided. _____________________________________________________ Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week 200 KWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions: €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity. This apartment is easily reachable by bus or taxi from the airport and Seaport. The block is served by lift but at the entrance there are 20 steps. This apartment is not suitable for persons that find it difficult to go up 20 steps. The buses are very frequent and go directly to all major tourist attractions. St. Julian's is also full of life all year round. Here you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs ( Paceville is Malta's best nightlife area is just 400m away from this apartment), Alfresco restaurants, variety of international restaurants, etc. The closest sandy beach is St Georges Bay and it is only 10 min on foot away.
