Our villa Romeo has two queen bedrooms and one triple and it's decorated with natural stone and wood, which offer a warm atmosphere for relaxing. It can accommodate up to 7 people plus one baby (in a baby cot). All the bedrooms have top quality mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it also has dish washer. The villa has two bathrooms with shower: The first is decorated with traditional and modern tiles and with a view to the pool, the second has natural pebbles in the shower, giving you the sense that you're a part of the surrounding nature. The villa has a lovely swimming pool with light blue mosaic, overflow with white marbles and marble stairs as well. Next to the pool there's a barbecue with charcoals, and shower. Villa Romeo is the front villa of Prasonisi Villas' Complex, and it's ideal if you're looking for sun, peace and relaxation, and you want at the same time to be very close to the beach and to the village (where you can find grocery store and restaurant).

Very clean and well equipped villa. Perfect location if you do kite or wind surfing on Prasonisi beach.

Third time, three weeks when can we go back!
Visited Villa Romeo for the first time in 2017 then last year (2019) and now again. Booked it for 3 weeks during July and August to enjoy a Villa located perfectly for Prasonisi but also walking distance from cute Kattavia. Windy everyday for kiting (or windsurfing) but also a perfect place to stay at your own pool and BBQ at night. The villas provided both a secure environment as well privacy during our stay and with friends next door for the 2nd week it provided cozy evenings with all 9 of us! I guess we will be coming back (soon)! Thank you Stamatis & Chris for being - once again - wonderful hosts with very up-to-date Villas at a stunning location!

Home away from home
Designed and equipped to perfection. Cosy, intimate and comfortable with amazing amenities. Incredibly supportive and welcoming hosts made our stay perfect. I wish I could stay there for a month!

Villa prassonisi
We have just return from rhodes and prassonisi villa and it was wonderfull. The villa is great, almost new and very luxurios, it's swimmingpool was great.
It's a getaway for those who seek quiet and privecy but don't want to be far from the major sightseen that rhodes has to offer
Mr. Stamatis and his wife were very friendly and helpfull when needed and yet very profssinal.
They made sure that we have everything and guided us to every store we asked them to.
Near the villa, are some great resturants.
We will come to the villa again.

2nd time after 2017 says it all
Our 2nd stay at Villa Romeo and again it was wonderful. Particularly good for Prasonisi and kitesurfing but also walking distance from Kattavia which has enough amenities for your breakfast and the occasional dinner at one of the restaurants. We will now also be staying at Villa Panormitis for the next couple of days so will review individual villas next. All was again perfectly in order in terms of facilities, towels for the pool and even the welcoming basket but moreover the welcoming by Stamatis and Chrysa!

Wonderful gem
The villa and pool are gorgeous and immaculately clean, the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, and the owners Stamatis and Chrysa are exceptional hosts. What a find!

Heaven stay
The facility is really amazing and very well furnished. Everything is quite new and top brand. A nice village is a walking distance with good reastaurant and 2 markets. in very few minutes by car you can reach Prasonissi beach that is one of the most famous in the island. Gennadi is 10 minutes far with the car and offers all services, beach, shops, pharmacy etc. We relaxed a lot and the temperature is very nice and some degress lower than in Lindos and Rhodes, and this is really appreciated. Chrysa and Stamatis are very warm and professional. You will feel in heaven.

Luxurious holiday location
This place is like a pearl found in the ocean. The south of Rhodes is not very commercial, but this location is the perfect spot for a quiet and luxurious holdiday. Located just outside the small village of Kattavia this villa is equipped with all that is needed for a nice time. Everything is new and well thought off.
If you are looking for boulevards, souvenir shops and lot of party time then this is NOT your spot, but for a fantastic place to relax, discover the island and enjoy Greek hospitality, this is definately your spot.
The beach (Prasonisi) is just a few minutes drive from the villa, the village offers a few good Greek taverns and (very) small supermarkets. The local people really offer the feeling that you are welcome and they are happy with you as a customer. Please be aware that a bigger supermarkt (and a cashmachine ATM) is a 20 minutes drive (in Gennadi).
Villa Romeo has no real view to the surroundings, but the area is so nice that this cannot be a real problem. Pleas be aware that next to the villa there is an unfinished building, which is quite high and keeps the sun away at the end of the day. During our stay it was not finished and looked abandoned.

Perfect place to stay close to Prasonisi beach
The location is great, just 10 min to Praso beach by car. This is a great family-friendly house with the swimming pool. Stamatis and Chrysa (owners) were very friendly and always accessible during our stay. We will come back again, for sure !

Unique spot to calm down
Very well designed villa equiped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your well deserved vacation.
The villas (Romeo and Juliette) are owned and run by Stamatis and Chryssa. Two very friendly engineers who have put their heart and soul in designing and maintaining the two villa’s and it shows. Great hospitality on arrival with a basket of local products. Support offered on anything you’d like.
Located in a very quite area, but on walking distance from Kattavia, where you can do your grocery shopping (this supermarket really contributes to the whole experience) or just have a drink and watch time passing by.
Also close (by car) to visit Prasonisi beach to enjoy kite and/or windsurfing, or just read a book. Very relaxed atmosphere.
We stayed here for 7 nights with a big family: 2 adults with 4 children aged 16, 14 and 12. All had a great time being there and we regularly talk about how nice it was in Villa Romeo, one of the 2 Prasonisi Villa’s.
It’s one of those places where you want to return to...

Become a part of the life of the traditional village of Kattavia. Feel the hospitality of the local people and enjoy the countryside of South Rhodes. Using Villa Romeo, Villa Juliette or Villa Panormitis as a start point, you can explore the whole island.

A car is necessary in order to be able to explore the entire island of Rhodes; the beautiful nearby beaches, villages, castles, beautiful landscapes etc. The village of Kattavia is in walking distance from the villa, where you'll find markets and several restaurants (270 metres).

The villas are located in the South of Rhodes, so renting a car is necessary. The villas are located next to Kattavia village, just 270 metres from its entrance. You'll follow the main road by the East side of the island from the airport to Kattavia. The route is about 1,5 hour.
