Beautiful mid-1800s converted stone farmhouse. Three bedrooms, sleeps eight. Twelve kilometres from Bergerac, and just five kilometres from the renowned Chateau and vineyards of Monbazillac. Also close to the medieval Bastide towns of Issigeac and Eymet. The house is set in an acre of private land, surrounded by woods, farmland and vineyards. Tranquil setting with no other houses in sight, yet not isolated - the villages of Ribagnac and Bouniague are just 5km away, with boulangeirie, village stores and local restaurants. Take the ferry to Caen, it is a 6 hour drive from there. Fly to Bordeaux, then a 2 hour drive. Fly to Bergerac and then it is only a 15 min drive, flybe fly to Bergerac, and Rayan air Fly to Limoges with Rayan air and it is a 2 and a half hour drive. Road Through the Channel Tunnel, or any Channel port. From Calais/Boulogne Either: Via Paris: around the Paris Peripherique, A10 to Orleans, A20 to Brive, A89 towards Perigueux, N21 south. Takes approximately 8 hours from Calais. or Via Rouen. From Calais, follow directions to Rouen, then Tours, Le Mans, Poitiers, Angouleme and Bergerac.
