Typical cape cottage. Comfortable, plenty of linens and towels, clean and well stocked. As advertised.

Great House, very clean and it felt like a home! Convenient to beaches and nice restaurants at Mashpee Commons. I would definitely go back.

We loved this place! Large living area with good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The huge wrap around deck with a view of the pond and slight view of the ocean was perfect for morning coffee and hanging out after the beach. The location was fabulous; easy walk to the beach and to the Popponesset Marketplace. We would definitely stay here...

About the neighborhood
Think saltwater taffy, seaside cottages, seagulls, sandcastles and sailboats at sunset. When New Englanders want a day at the beach they head to Cape Cod - 'the Cape.'

This sandy peninsula is fringed with 400 miles of sparkling shoreline, including Cape Cod National Seashore, a national park boasting six beaches, three bicycle trails and 11 walking trails. Follow the footsteps there of the 18th century writer Henry David Thoreau and visit Marconi Station, the first transatlantic wireless station on mainland U.S.

The Cape offers more than just beaches, however. Cape Cod boasts quaint fishing villages, excellent biking and hiking trails, and some of the freshest seafood imaginable. But don't just think seafood -the Cape has many new and innovative restaurant and bistro exper...
