Stay with Abi's family in this cute and comfy little home, slightly off the (about to be) beaten path to Pasikudah Beach.
The Space
Sweet not only because it literally looks like a candy house straight out of a fairytale, but also because this place is run by a very nice hardworking family.
It's not so easy to define what makes us like this place so much. Maybe it's just the overall good vibes it spreads. Named after the family's daughter, Abi's guesthouse looks like Hans and Gretel come to visit whenever they're around. Newly built and freshly painted in bright, girly colors, this home is as sweet and lovely as it's owners are.

Eine sehr nette Familie, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen hat
Wir waren vom 03.07.2016 bis 24.07.2016 hier und wurden von der netten Familie verwöhnt. Die Unterkunft war landestypisch eingerichtet. Was uns fehlte war jedoch ein Schrank oder ein Regal. Da jedoch ein zweites Bett im Zimmer stand, konnten wir das Problem lösen. Das schönste war jedoch dere Strand von Kalkudah; er hat uns für alles entschädigt. Die freundliche Familie hat alles getan, um uns glücklich zu machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
PS: Im Hotel Laya Waves konnte man für 500 Rs Pro Person und Tag den tollen Swimmingpool nutzen!!!

A la découverte de Kalkudah!!!
Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Rajane et les siens.
Nous avons opté pour la chambre verte en mode non AC. Celle ci était spacieuse et propre. Il en était de meme pour la salle de bain.
Les plats de Rajane sont succulents et très bien servis. Nous avons pris les petits déjeuners et diners chez elle. Et j'ai meme pu assister a un cours de cuisine en direct.
La maison met a disposition deux vélos qui ne sont pas du tout neuf mais qui permettent facilement d'aller à la plage qui est à moins de 15mn. Et quelle plage... Kalkudah est de loin la plus belle plage du sri lanka que j'ai vu!!!
Donc je recommande grandement ce petit coin.
