Despite reassurances, no wifi during our stay. No washing machine (or dishwasher). No reception on most TV channels. Never got to meet managers. Previous guest's whiskers on wash basin. Cutlery dirty. Positively the noisiest plumbing on the planet. Freezer drips. Bedroom and living rooms good size. Comfortable bed. Good location for local sight seeing, no real view though. Quaint cottage in quiet location with excellent access to surrounding villages such as Lavenham and Long Melford. Bury St Edmunds also a short drive away.

Management response:

Many thanks for your review.

Wonderful cottage, immaculately presented, clean and quaint. Nice village location and the owners are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Excellent value for money. We spend a lot of weekends away at different places and this was one of our favourites. Thank you for all your help and for posting back my partner's bathrobe!

Management response:

Thanks for the review and we look forward to seeing you again, Jon
