Beautiful countryside setting with fantastic countryside views.Based on the Galway /Mayo border Brooklawn, Kilconly, is an ideal holiday home for family or group looking for a base to discover the West of Ireland.The house offers 4 en suite bedrooms, large kitchen/dining/living with range cooker, a living room with an open fire, outside is a large patio with furniture so you can sit outside and enjoy the peace and tranquility of your surroundings. If there are children there is a garden swing to play on in a safe enclosed area.

amazing fantastic
What can I say it was just perfect location ,the standards of the home just great
only 8 miles from tuam which had brill super markets and places to eat
Local people were so friendly
When you sit in the any room the view was just perfect

Lovely House, Lovely Location, Lovely Owners!
I stayed at Hilltop House at the end of October 2014 with my extended family (sons, brothers and nephews) proper men/boys bonding holiday for my mother's 70th birthday, who only lives 15 minutes from Kilkonly.
House couldn't have been more welcoming..
Plenty of space, well kitted out, everything thing you could possible need for a family stay..
Like a home from home, with it being a good size, my mother didn't have to lift a finger for her birthday, as we did all the entertaining/cooking for her..
Would highly recommend this rental and will be staying again.

Beautiful views, plenty of space, close to town and pet donkeys!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilltop. Clean, spacious, beautiful home! Morning tea outside with spectacular views. Cozy living room with fire and every bedroom had an ensuite with shower. Perfect for large get togethers

Great house in perfect spot
Just returned from a four night stay, travelling with my 2 sisters and our husbands & children. The house is fantastic the owners have thought of all groups it is really well set out & equipped. We used it as our base for visiting relatives in nearby Tuam (approx 15 mins )and found it great for spending relaxed evenings together. The views are stunning. We will be back!

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped house
Stayed here for 3 nights in mid July. Used it as a base to tour Galway city and the area in and around Cong, Lough Corrib and Lough Mask. The house was excellent, very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We choose this house in particular to cater for the needs of elderly and partially disabled members of our party. Having two of the bedrooms on the ground floor with level access showers and grab rails was perfect for their needs. All rooms in the house are very spacious and well laid out and furnished to a high standard. A further two bedrooms on the 1st floor level also come with ensuites. There is a seperate family bathroom on the 1st floor level and a cloakroom with toilet downstairs. The house is situated on a hill and unfortunately due to the unseasonable July weather we experienced during our visit we were unable to use the outdoor dining and seating facitiites which was a shame as I imagine it would be lovely to sit out and admire the view. Having said that you still get a beautiful view from the kitchen/diner/living room.
I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful, huge house!
We stayed in five different locations in Ireland and this house was our favorite! It was beautifully decorated, huge (an American-sized house), the kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were easy to use (finally!), and the price was excellent. We were thrilled with our visit here and wish we could come back with our whole family for an extended trip!

Un agréable séjour dans cette superbe maison ! Tout le confort nécessaire et même plus !
De belles chambres avec une literie excellente et une salle de bain attenante, une très belle et grande pièce à vivre avec tout le nécessaire, le tout décoré avec beaucoup de gout !
La maison est située au calme, avec un paysage à couper le souffle!
Et de plus, des propriétaires très agréable, sympathique et attentionné que l'on peu contacter à n'importe quel moment.
Nous y reviendrons c'est certain, entre amis ou en famille!

Fabulous house, beautiful location and the perfect 'country escape' destination
We had a wonderful stay in the Hilltop house. The house had a warm 'country feel' with beautiful wooden floors, decor and modern fixtures it felt like a 'home away from home'. The house was immaculate, with excellent showers, soft towels, comfortable beds and plenty of information of things to do in the area not to mention the breathtaking views.
We would highly recommend this house to family and friends. We will definitely be back !!

Fantastic well equipped family home
we have just spent a week in this fantastic home there were large group of our family but the house was well equipped to house us all very comfortably its in a lovely quiet location about 15 mins drive from Tuam.I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet break with lovely outside space.
