Cottage
This newly converted stone cottage was originally a 17th century stable block where Lord Bandon kept his horses. Nearby are the “Old Coachhouses”. Set in the grounds of Rock Cottage Country House. The conversion, completed in late 2016, is to the highest standard with a fully fitted kitchen, open plan living room with dining area. Separate bedroom with a modern en suite shower room & WC. This sensitive conversion offers all modern conveniences on the inside, but preserving its historic character on the outside. It is situated in the walled courtyard/garden of a Georgian hunting lodge dating back to 1826. The property stands on 17 acres of garden, paddocks and heather covered hills. A short walk leads onto a hill, where the stunning views over Dunmanus Bay and the rugged landscape unfold ...This newly converted stone cottage was originally a 17th century stable block where Lord Bandon kept his horses.
