Bedroom 1 features a lovely palette of calming colours with its large king size bed and classically designed ensuite bathroom with its bath / shower being a wonderful feature. Bedroom 2 right next door is decorated with rich autumnal colours that catches the morning sunlight as it cascades through the corner window once you open the curtains to look out on the day Just off the hallway is an ample sized family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. On the other side of the hallway sandwiched between the wonderful oak staircase is the large living room accessible from a double door entrance.The gallery of pictures say it all, the cassette wood burning fire, the corner window with its view down over Clifden town, to the 3 sofas that lets you relax, and enjoy your holiday. The walkway from the hallway into the kitchen gives you the first glimpse of the floor to roof glass link way and the enclosed courtyard and the wonderful stonework around this part of the house. A classic style kitchen with its granite work surface and beautiful stone wall offers all that you want with American style fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, range style cooker, large table with seating for 8 and a cosy family seating area for you to enjoy TV for that wet evening that we unfortunately might have. A large sliding side door leads out to the courtyard with ample seating for all your guests.Towards the rear of the house the utility area is situated with ample storage and washing machine, a wet room with its toilet and whb is also located in this area. In the centre of the house the oak staircase leads you to 2 other bedrooms on the upper floor, you will be immediately struck by the curvature of the ceiling with its glulam beams which are a feature. The 1st of these rooms is for any princess, young or old with its floor to ceiling corner window that captures the views from Cashel Hill on the left right over to Roundstone bog and right around to the monument on the westerly side of Clifden town. This room tastefully decorated with its large queen sized bed also features its own en-suite with shower, toilet and whb. The corridor which is bright and airy is ideal for those quiet moments should you need to catch up with emails where a workstation is located. A large self contained walk in hot press is adjacent to this area. The walk link way is a wonderful feature of this home where we truly say you will stop in transit to admire the panoramic views over Clifden town, this walk way leads you into the master bedroom with its built in wardrobes, king size bed and double French doors onto your own private balcony, a large en-suite with shower, bath , whb and toilet complements this master bedroom. The entrance feature include locally cut stone walls and gravel drive with flower beds, seating areas invite you to enjoy your time in Connemara Additional amenities: Full Kitchen
