The roof conversion provides a large, cosy lounge area with a gas fire, comfy sofas, plasma & free view Television, DVD player, CD player, ipod speakers and stunning sea views day and night. This makes this home from home a relaxing getaway all year around.
Other facilities include all kitchen essentials, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, iron & ironing board, bed linen, cot and travel cot, stair gates and high chair.
We ask that guests bring their own bath towels.
The location of the house is very central as it is only a 10 minute walk from the spectacular Portstewart Strand, Portstewart Links Golf Course and 5 minutes from the buzzing Portstewart Promenade with all of its bars, restaurants, cafes, shops & the children's park & pools in the popular Crescent.

Fantastic house in a great location. We stayed with my parents and our three teenagers and it worked really well for everyone. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful upstairs living room with views across to Donegal. Plenty of parking at the house and easily walkable to the strand and the promenade. Would highly recommend to anyone and would love to return.

Great house in great location
This was our fourth visit to Jan’s house. It’s in a great location - 10 mins from the beach or the town and an easy drive to all the local attractions.
The house is extremely well equipped- whatever you look for it’s already there. Good parking. We had great weather so made good use this time of the excellent and large patio area. The house was very clean and Jan updates it regularly. You will not be disappointed with this house!

Wonderful stay
We had a fantastic stay at Jan's place! The house was a great size, beautiful views and was perfect for what we needed. It was decorated very well throughout and had everything we could ask for. Kitchen was really well stocked, we were able to cook a full dinner with the utensils provided and the location was so central we could just walk into portstewart promenade. Jan was lovely to deal with and the place was spotlessly clean. There was enough parking outside for 3 cars and a good back garden for the kids to play and the area is nice and residential. Would definitely book it again!

Home from home
It is the third time we have stayed in the house and as always- we had a great time. Facilities are fantastic- a real home from home and the communication with the owner is great. The location is just perfect especially the view from the upstairs lounge!!! I highly recommend a stay here! We will definitely be back! Thanks

Perfect
We had a wonderful week in Portstewart. The weather was great and this house was perfect for our family of six. The house is beautiful especially the stunning upstairs living room with views of the strand beach. It was so well equipped with everything you could need. The garden was great and the garage perfect for our bikes. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach path. Communication with the homeowner was easy and we would definitely stay again. We loved it.

Amazing!!
Amazing house, so clean, amazing for families, our little man was 11 weeks olds and so much space for all the things we needed, house also was so child friendly with kids toys etc already there! Definitely will be booking again. Wouldn't go anywhere else in portstewart know we have been here! Amazing

The perfect stay!
This really was the perfect house for the perfect weekend at the port. Everything we needed in a clean, family-friendly environment. The house was just superb! I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great house in a great location!
This is the second time we have stayed in the house and we just love it! The location is great and the facilities in the house make it a home from home. Communication with the owner is super too! Can’t wait to go back again!

There are many beautiful beaches in the local area which are ideal for swimming, surfing, body boarding, jet skis and paddling. Activities in Portstewart include tennis, surfing, golf, pitch and putt, fishing and lots more. Portstewart is the home of 3 Golf Courses and Royal Portrush Golf Club, host of the Irish Open 2012 is only 15 minutes by car.
Some of the local sightseeing attractions include the famous Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge, Bushmills Distillery, Mussendun Temple.
Throughout the year there are many activities organised by the local council to entertain adults and children. These are often located on Portstewart Promenade which is only a 5 minute walk from the house.
