Interaction with guests
We will always try and be at the property to greet new guests and show them around. On arrival, you will find a welcome hamper with fresh bread, milk, butter and eggs and a bottle of wine for the travel weary! We live just a few minutes drive away and so we are always on hand to help out if need be, but we won't invade our guests' privacy. We have run a successful and highly regarded Bed and Breakfast for the past eight years and so we have plenty of experience in hospitality and we will do our best to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable, comfortable and memorable stay.

About the neighborhood
The Old Post Office is ideally located in the heart of the Causeway Coast and Glens, half way between the lovely seaside town of Ballycastle and historic Bushmills. Just 2 miles north is the small village of Ballintoy with its picturesque harbour, now more familiar to many Game of Thrones enthusiasts as the harbour of the Iron Islands. Many other GOT filming locations can be found locally; the Dark Hedges (King's Road), Fairhead, Murlough Bay and Cushendun Caves have all featured and are all within a short driving distance of the Old Post Office. The Giants Causeway, Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge, Dunluce Castle, Glenariff Forest Park, Bushmills Distillery, Portrush and Portstewart...all these sights and experiences are on the doorstep.
How to get there
Your own transport is essential as this is a rural area with very limited local transport available. We are approximately 35 miles (50 minute drive) from Belfast International Airport, 52 miles (1 hour drive) from Belfast and Belfast City (George Best) airport.
