The Olive Tree Villa is situated on the hillside of the small fishing village of Sumartin on the island of Brac. This newly built villa is surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of the sea, Island of Hvar, Biokovo and many olive groves. It is secluded from the town with peaceful and tranquil ambience. Approx 1km from beaches and centre of town where you will find a small supermarket, church, restaurants and cafes.This gorgeous villa features an infinity heated pool and outdoor living.Kitchen is fully equipped, includes cappuccino machine, microwave, dishwasher.We have an organic seasonal vegetable/herb patch which guests can pick at their will for fresh salads, and cooking.

We had a wonderful stay. Our host Michelle was wonderful. The villa was perfect in every way. We spent most of our time swimming at the beautiful pool. Loved our stay here.

Wonderful!!
Such a beautiful villa. Soo many high end upgrades to enjoy. Very close to nice beaches but why when you have your own pool. Very clean and well taken care of. We loved our stay here. Thank you Michelle.

Tranquility and relaxation is only enhanced by location and elegance of the house.
Thank you Michelle for you wonderful hospitality this weekend. Your house is just simply amazing. The whole family had their own rooms - with own bathrooms. The pool is just a great way to start - and end - the day. The vegetable garden made our meals super fresh. The tranquility and relaxation is only enhanced by location and elegance of the house.
The town is super close, and the whole island is accessible with ease from where it is.
We will be coming back!!

Sumartin is located on the southern point of the Island of Brac. It has few restaurants, church, grocery shops, post office and souvenir shop. It is 25km from Bol which is more of a party spot with more restaurants and bars.
Getting around
There is a bus that takes you to Bol or Supetar. Taxis are also available.

How to get there
There is an airport on the Island of Brac, near Bol. A ferry also comes to Sumartin from Makarska or a ferry from the city of Split to Supetar and then either you drive/taxi/transfer to Sumartin. I am available for any further information regarding tranport options.
