A few steps from the beach, easily reached on foot in two minutes, is located Casa Lucia: a comfortable villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal to comfortably accommodate from 6 to 8 people. The house has a small private courtyard on the outside where you can also park two cars inside and on the back there is another completely closed and reserved outdoor space where you can eat or enjoy outdoor relaxation. Internally spacious furnished living room with direct access to the three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. From this last room it is possible to reach the backyard and a further room where there is a second kitchen and a further bathroom. Finally, we point out the presence of barbecue / wood oven and outdoor shower with hot water.
