Our villa in Antigua is extraordinary. The villa itself is no less spectacular. Sleeping up to 11 people in ve individually designed bedrooms, Perfect Sunshine is both spacious and elegant. Featuring the best in contemporary design, with an Italian kitchen, Designer’s Guild furniture and high airy wooden ceilings, it will not fail to delight. But you will hardly want to spend all your time inside in such a glorious location! The villa also has a private 50 foot pool, and spacious terracing all around for you to enjoy the views.
Antigua itself is a wonderful island, and very easily accessible from the UK with frequent direct flights. With 365 beaches, one for every day of the year, you will not be short of places to explore. Nonsuch Bay (where the villa is located) is famed for its excellent sailing and kitesur ng conditions, and you can take lessons or rent equipment down at the marina.
Our location above Nonsuch Bay Resort means we have the best of both worlds: we are within the gated community, and have access to the award-winning restaurant, lovely beach (a 5 minute walk down the hill) and activities provided, but if you are seeking tranquility, you have all you need at the villa itself.
We stayed a family of 5 in April 2018 with our children ages 18, 15,13.
Being our first trip to Antigua we had no pre set expectation .
The location at Nonsuch Bay as with all on the island is very reasonable and renting a car for the trip is a great idea since you will want to and need to get out of the resort to explore.
The Villa is at the very top of the resort and has an incredible amount of living space inside and out on two levels but what sets it apart from everywhere else is the spectacular views both West into the bay and East toward the inlet and rest of island bringing both sunrise and sunset views inside the villa that are breathtaking. I suggest that you do stock up with provisions and if you plan to stay inside the resort you may want to pre arrange for rhe optional meal plan with the Nonsuch Bay resort otherwise you will need to drive to other restaurants. That was not the plan we had but it worked out well as it made us get out and experience many areas around the island which was the best part of the trip since we felt safe and welcomed everywhere. I would love to go back to Perfect Sunshine Villa again and with more guests since there is plenty of space.

Amazing, perfect
When I first arrived I was struck by the incredible view looking out over the bay, visible from a huge balcony that also overlooks the infinity pool below. It almost gets better when you come to the rooms. Bright, spacious, beautifully appointed beds, showers and baths. Every room is en suite as well, so there's no fuss with people borrowing someone else's shower! In short, our party of six was blown away by the place, and if you like swimming or sailing, there's a sailing school with provision for watersports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, waterskiing). What more could you want?

Inspiring stay at this amazing villa!
I stayed at this villa with a group of friends. The villa itself is stunning - spacious, with such high ceilings and really beautiful views of the sea. The main bedroom is amazing, with a four poster and views out on all sides. We could see sunrise from one side, and wonderful sunsets from the other. A real highlight for us was getting the boat to green island (10 mins by boat). We were the only ones there in the afternoon and it was magical! Would recommend for a group and would love to go back again.
