A well maintained property in about an acre of secluded grounds situated in the village of St Vaast d'Equiqueville in the Bethune valley. Surrounded by beautiful countryside within 20 minutes drive from the pretty port of Dieppe and an hour and a half from Calais.

Situated close to the Avenue Verte with over 70 km of track for cycling, riding and walking. Within 20 minutes drive of beaches and two golf courses.

Four generations of the family enjoyed the week here. Cycle tracks, garden and the house were all good. Anne, contact person over there was extremely helpful. Wonderful holiday. Nice village and bar!

Positives - Great property and the games room was a real hit, 4 adults and 2 teenagers but we never felt on top of each other, great outdoor space with visiting chickens !!! lovely village with bar and shop and the weather was perfect for 2 weeks, caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Negative - the house is tired and...

We have had comments by email that the en-suite has a rustic charm. We have never had negative comments regarding the cleanliness of the property. We have had many positive comments regarding the cleanliness of the property, including those on TripAdvisor (see reviews). The mention of cobwebs at the end of a summer season is surprising.

The house is a large 4 bedroomed extended 19th Century farmhouse. There is one double bedroom with ensuite and doors out onto the garden and three twin bedrooms making the house perfect for families. There is a huge open fire in the living room. Upstairs is dedicated to a large games room with pool, table tenis, table football, darts, scalextrics and a bar and fridge. There is a modern family bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a separate WC. The dining area has seating for 8 people.The living area has a large open fire and tv with English satellite channels.
