Hosting two bedrooms, including a ground-floor double with a Smart TV and a double with a Smart TV, along with a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed private patio with a hot tub and furniture, as well as a large shared garden with lawn and seating with bike storage and dog washing facilities. There is also designated off-road parking for one car. Enclosed private patio with hot tub and furniture. Shared landscaped garden with lawn, seating area, bike storage and dog washing facilities. Two small/medium well-behaved pet welcome. Please note this property has pet supplement's 1 Pet - £20.00 per stay & 2 Pets - £30 per stay. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. No stag/Hen or parties. This property is in a rural location and guests are respectfully asked to keep music/noise to a minimum. The arrival time is 15:30 & check out time is 09:30. Note: Due to neighbouring properties, the hot tub cannot be used past 11pm each evening. Note: Communal BBQ area- There is a communal BBQ area in the shared green space with seating. There are BBQ utensils that are kept within the Bike storage area. Please provide your own 'self lighting' coal. We ask that the BBQ is cleaned after use ready for the next visitor, and that old coals are disposed of in the Coal bucket located underneath the BBQ. Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area. Town: Hereford is a beautiful cathedral city and county town of Herefordshire, resting near the top of the Wye Valley, to the east of the Malvern Hills and west of the Brecon Beacons. The city dates back to Saxon times and has a medieval bridge over the River Wye, with a mix of architecture over the years, Hereford is an interesting place to explore. Visit the Hereford Cider Museum, Herefordshire Light Infantry Museum, walk along the River Wye, and venture into the countryside.

100% worth the visit

I can honestly say this is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The owners are so lovely and willing to help with anything, always chat to you when they see you - make sure every thing is okay etc. The welcome packs for us and the dog was really appreciated and a lovely gesture. The accommodation itself is beautiful and so well kept. There isn’t anything bad I can say about it to be honest. I’d 100% recommend to anyone.

Girly getaway

Came for a girls weekend away very clean and modern holiday home, prosecco and cakes on arrival which really made it special. 12/10 would definitely recommend for couples and groups of people and would book again
