Room3, Has two single beds and built in wardrobe storage, a large window opens wide over the courtyard (Ocean View)
A large bathroom with tub and shower over, complements the three rooms.
Upstairs, the loft has 1 double bed plus another single inside roll-out bed, there is also a WC with walk in shower... All leading to a roof balcony with breathtaking views over the Bay of Peniche and the Baleal and Berlenga Islands.
Total, 8+1 accommodation residence that combines a modern decor with relaxing pleasure.
The same stairs, take you down to the lounge: ample space provided with an additional bathroom with shower, a washing machine, two very confortable couches, chairs and a large dinning table ... Stepping outside on the spacious private courtyard, you will find a beautiful sun deck with a splash pool to cool off from the hot sunny days, surrounded by loungers, ideal for relaxing as you uncork your favourite bottle of wine and enjoy the splendors of sunset. In the courtyard you may also find another table with chairs a large umbrella and a built in BarBQ for great outdoor fresh fish and seafood meals.
For your confort the whole house has double glazed windows and central heating instalation.
The floors are of ceramic tiles in the common areas, and wood in the sleeping quarters.

This place is awesome
We are group of adults and kids that stayed here last week. The accommodation was excellent. Even better than we expected. Our host Roger was very friendly and welcoming. The house has everything you need so no major shopping needed on first day. The place is clean and very well equipped. Everyone of our group was surprised how nice the place was. Beautiful view of the beach which is 2 mins walk. Couldn't fault this accommodation at all. Thank you Roger for making our stay in Baleal so enjoyable.

Great house and location
We stayed in baleal for 10days and this house was the perfect spot to spend our holidays in. Roger was very welcoming and helped with anything we needed.
The house is a very short walk to the supermarket, beach ,surf schools, bars and restaurants. The house itself is very big and spacious with plenty of bathrooms and plenty of room to store bikes /surfboards etc. The views from the balcony are gorgeous and the outside area is perfect with a small pool and bbq. I would recommend renting bikes. As there is a great cycle track from the main rd beside the house to Peniche, About a 20min cycle.

Prima accomodatie
Prima accommodatie. Wij zijn er met 4 paren geweest wat gemakkelijk gaat in deze accommodatie. De plaats is ideaal om te surfen wat de meeste mensen daar doen op de stranden met mooie grote golven. De eigenaar Roger was erg attent en alles was goed voorbereid en geregeld. Eigenlijk geen verbeter punten.

Superbe maison de vacances
La maison est magnifique! Intérieurement et extérieurement !
Monsieur Barardo est d'une incroyable gentillesse et un véritable artiste. La maison est décorée de nombreuses de ses toiles si belles. Nous avions même envie d'en acheter une.
La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire et est tres tres agréable. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle!
Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 enfants et nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour. Pour moi, la meilleure location que nous avons loué jusqu'à présent.
Nous reviendrons très certainement avec beaucoup de plaisir.
Nous sommes très heureux Monsieur Barardo d'avoir fait votre connaissance ainsi que celle de votre charmante épouse, fille et petit fils.
Nos excuses une fois encore pour le sèche linge cassé...
Nos amitiés à vous tous et encore une fois bravo pour la maison, elle est incroyable. Pour ma part, j'ai vraiment eu un coup de cœur pour le sous-sol et sa décoration.

Roger und Nazaré bieten eine unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft für ein noch viel unglaublicheres Haus. Wir waren die zweiten Gäste im Haus und kamen in den Genuss des neuen Pools und der neuen Außenanlage. Die Lage zum Lagide Surfspot könnte nicht besser sein (3 Min. bis ins Wasser) und von allen Zimmern Meerblick! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!!

Semana santa genial
Hemos pasado 4 días en este maravilloso chalet(dos matrimonios con 3 niños de 5 y 1 año) de 4 plantas a todo confort.Rogelio el dueño,encantador nos fue informando y preparando todo al gusto los días previos.casa con todo lo necesario para vivir en ella,mejor que en las fotos,piscina pequeñita incluida.por poner una pega tiene muchas escaleras,si vas con niños pequeños les faltan unas vallas de seguridad aunque nosotros hicimos un apaño casero para estar más tranquilos.Pegada a la playa puedes bajar descalzo a hacer surf.cerca tienes un super y numerosos bares para tomarte algo.zona de alojamiento de surferos,increíblemente tranquila

IMPECCABLE
Nous rentrons tout juste de nos vacances d'été passées dans cette superbe maison de Baléal : nous avons été enchantés, tant par les commodités, l'espace, la propreté ainsi que les accès proches des plages et des bars et autres restaurants !! Le propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique et prêt à rendre service à la moindre demande.
Vacances réussies dans une maison qui en vaut la peine (nous avons fait un peu moins de 2000 kilomètres pour nous y rendre...)

One of Top 10 Surf Spots in Europe is just 50mt away, with plenty of white sandy beach to explore and shoreline to lose sight. Right next to surf schools and coffee shops, restaurant and great waves.
A 15 min. walk to Ferrel village you can find some boutiques, wonderful bakeries, groceries, local farmers with fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and fish supplies. Services like pharmacy, post office, ATM (bank) etc. Find all this and quite more in Peniche peninsula (7 min. by car/bus), where you have more than 100 places to eat. Choose from a budget meal to very fine dining and don’t forget to try all fish and seafood specialties like “Caldeirada” or “Arroz de Marisco” and many others.
Travel to Berlengas Island by boat (35min.) from Peniche harbor and visit this unique natural reserve, practice snorkeling , scuba diving and underwater photography or visit the fortress.
Award winning golf courses within 10-20 min. by car.
Lisbon is just 1h (85km) away and within the same reach, visit Fátima Sanctuary, Alcobaça and Batalha Monasteries, Caldas da Rainha tipical pottery and medieval Óbidos (15 min. away)to learn around our culture and history.
