It was a great location for lovely walks to Middleton Top (Turn right after the Rising Sun pub). We went to Black Rocks (turn left at pub) then walked through Cromford to Matlock Baths. The cottage had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Super little cottage. Very cosey and warm. Bed big and comfortable. Best night's sleep in a long while. Really enjoyed our stay. Great location for Carsington Water, Matlock and Stanton Moor. Highly recommended. Will return.

Honeysuckle cottage is beautifully laid out and very smart inside. It's in a great location at the south of the peak district and we enjoyed a long walk straight from the cottage. The owner makes everything as easy and straightforward as possible. Couldn't fault it....More
