To welcome you to the cottage, we provide complimentary tea, coffee and sugar plus a small bottle of milk and some Cornish biscuits. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washer-dryer and fridge-freezer as well as good quality oven and tableware. In the kitchen there's an oak table with seating for four people. We provide a strap on high chair for babies and toddlers. Complimentary cleaning clothes, bin bags and a small supply of dishwasher tablets are also provided. The living room looks over our lovely garden and is a sunny, west facing room with two comfortable sofas, Freeview TV and DVD player, CD player/Ipod docking station, and electric wood burning effect stove to add to the cosy feel. There are shelves of books, games and jigsaws. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double, one twin which are decorated to a high standard. Every room has a hairdryer. Bedding and towels are included. For babies we have a travel cot. We've left some toys for children in the wicker trunk in the twin bedroom. Also upstairs is the newly refurbished family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Complimentary sample size toiletries are provided. The large, enclosed and attractive garden overlooks surrounding fields and is south facing so is a lovely spot for relaxing. A barbecue and outdoor tables and chairs are provided for cottage guests dining al fresco. Also in the garden is the Summer House, for the exclusive use of guests at Lower Trevorgus Garden Cottage. The large garden is shared with guests staying at Lower Trevorgus House. Fabulous a family, a couple or a small group of friends, we welcome a limited number of well behaved dogs by prior agreement and have ample off-street parking. Outside of peak times, we are happy to welcome guests for short stays. During the Summer High season and May Half Term, Lower Trevorgus House and Lower Trevorgus Garden Cottage must be booked together as Lower Trevorgus Estate. Together the properties sleep 14 people.
