A calm and cool place with no pollution surrounded by big fruit bearing trees overlooking paddy fields. River periyar is 150 mtr from the bunglow. Cochin International Airport is less than 7kms. National and State Highways are about 2 kms. We have a tree house and lot of open space and garden apart from vegetable farms within the property.

calm serene and an amazing ambiance
one of the best places i have been in a long time . its homely and inviting . the staff are remarkable and the food is homely and delicious . most of the ingredients in their food are cultivated in their property itself . the landscaping with tall trees and a swing is just too good . there is a tree house also . this is definitely a place i will visit again .

Perfect weekend getaway
The isle by area 707 is a serene and peaceful property not very far from the city
Food and hospitality of the staff were remarkable.

Peaceful getaway from the city
A place that emits a certain calmn and peacefulness, it was a great place to take a break away from the hectic city life. The rooms and facilities were highly comfortable and convenient and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There are some domestic animals around to take a look at as well as a swing and a treehouse to relax. The food was very well prepared and tasteful as well. All in all enjoyed my stay here.

One of the best boutique resorts in Cochin.
Second time visiting The Isle and the standards always keep getting better. Staff And Manager were excellent with their hospitality and the outdoor cottages exceeded our expectations. Food was professionally served and top restaurant quality.
The area around The Isle is also quiet and serene. Also visit the beautiful lake close to the cottages.

Friendly and Customer oriented
Nice place and nice ambience. Very peaceful and well maintained with perfect hospitality.
Mr. Nirmal ensured to be helpful to us since we checked in and made sure to serve food on time.
Overall, it's an amazing experience

Relaxing homestay
Nice place to stay and relax, the garden is a plus, not far from the city, friendly staffs. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Easy to reach.

Excellent service n good environment
Hello friends, we would personally like to thank the Area 707 team for wonderfull and excellent service. Me and my family loved the farm house and their food. Very good Aurveda massage center. Thanks to all.
