Très jolie vue mer et appartement très agréable
Appartement bien agencé, situé face à la mer dans le quartier historique de "la chaume". La côte sauvage est au pied de l'appartement et les commerçant les plus proches (boulangerie, poissonnerie, boucherie, restaurants....) sont sur le quai à 15 mn à pied. Un bus passe devant la résidence et il est également possible d'utiliser le petit bateau passeur très original pour franchir plus rapidement le chenal qui sépare la ville des Sables d'Olonne en 2 quartiers très différents : d'un côté, le remblais et sa grande plage, de l'autre le quartier typique des pêcheurs jalonné des petites ruelles où il faut se perdre....

Compact, comfortable accommodation in a great location.
The location is excellent; La Chaume is an old, charming part of Les Sables with several local shops and a waterfront on the harbour channel with a good selection of bars, cafés and restaurants. Although linked by road to the main town there is a convenient, inexpensive regular ferry service running until late. The apartment is compact but comfortable with a balcony providing a good view of the ocean and rocky coastline. An added bonus is the availability of the two bikes which we found useful for short rides to the boulangeries etc or a longer outing to the forest where there are very good cycle paths. There is a natural sea filled pool and small beach a short walk from the apartment or the magnificent beach at Les Sables just across the harbour. Françoise is very cheerful and friendly; she was exceptionally helpful when we first arrived and helped make our stay really enjoyable.

Séjour très agréable
L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate d'une petite crique, loin de la foule de la grande plage. Nous avons été accueillis fort aimablement et la propriétaire laisse à la disposition des occupants quelques jeux de société ainsi qu'un classeur de renseignements sur la région et les occupations possibles. L'appartement en lui-même offre toutes les commodités pour passer un séjour agréable. La résidence est très calme et bien entretenue.

Très bonne adresse
Une adresse a ne pas oublier, très jolie appartement avec vue sur la mer. Amateur de fruits de mer , vous trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous régalés. La propriétaire est très agréable et de bons conseils. Je conseille vivement cette adresse et j'y retournerais .

Appartement agréable proche des pistes cyclables . Bien agencé, on peut prendre tous ses repas sur le balcon en regardant l'océan . Prévoir un véhicule pour les courses .

Parfait endroit
Our holiday here was wonderful - the location is very calm, but there is a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. We loved being able to buy fresh fish from the local markets. The apartment is small, but well -equipped, and Francoise was very welcoming and keen to give us suggestions on activities etc in the area.
