Mill full of charm, with very large rooms, surrounded by meadows, walking distance from the village and it's shops. In the middle of Burgundy, nicely located, giving access to places of interest in gastronomy, culture, nature such as Sancerre, Pouilly, the river Loire, Nervers, La Charité sur Loire, Vezelay, Le parc du Morvan...

Interaction with guests: The mill is fully equipped for cooking : dishes, cutlery, barbecue.... Soap in the bathrooms, cleaning liquid and kitchen towels in the kitchen. In the bedrooms : sheets and towels are provided. You just need to make the beds yourselves. Nearby, there is a small pond and a stream. We adivse parents to keep young children under surveillance ;we decline all responsability in case of accident. Upon confirmation of the reservation, we send a file with usefull information on how the house is organised, what you kind find in the village, and visit nearby.

Séjour de Rêve
Calme et sérenité au milieu des près. Une maison chaleureuse et accueillante où l'on se sent tout de suite chez soi. Nous avons passé quatre jours en famille magnifiques, bercés par l'ambiance champêtre, la beauté du jardin, et le confort de la maison. Nous ne demandons qu'à y retourner.

superbe maison
très bel endroit arboré, belle maison ancienne avec beaucoup de charme et les propriétaires accèdent sans problème aux éventuels manques une petite remarque: améliorer les salons de jardin!

Charme, confort, activités... à découvrir !
Nous avons passé plusieurs séjours dans cet endroit plein de charme où le temps s'arrête. La maison est bien équipée et les pièces sont très spacieuses. En été la maison reste bien fraîche et en hiver les deux grandes cheminées sont propices à de chaleureuses soirées. Accès facile (à pied) aux commerces, à la piscine et aux tennis du village. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la variété des points de pêche de la région (bord de Loire, étangs, rivières). Très bon parcours accrobranche à 15 min. Belles promenades à faire. A découvrir en famille ou en amoureux. Merci pour ces beaux souvenirs de vacances !

perfect place to decelerate!
We stayed as a family for 1 week at this place and loved it from the first minute we entered. It felt like traveling in time and the absence of noise made us all wind down immediately. In the vicinity there are plenty of hikes and a nice pool in the village.

Havre de paix, de lumière et de douceur !
Nous sommes restés une semaine au Moulin, à vivre au rythme de cette bâtisse nichée en pleine champagne où l'on ré-entend les oiseaux le matin, où l'on goute à la douceur des soirées et où, loin des lumières de la ville, on peut enfin retrouver un ciel étoilé le soir....beau souvenir !!

Ravissant et plein de charme
C'était très agréable et parfait pour une famille. Très spacieux et de très bon goût. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, tout est propre et bien aménagé et il y a le wifi. Le jardin est très grand avec de superbes vues sur les champs. Il y a des commerces à distance à pied. Parfait pour se retrouver, faire de belles promenades et découvrir la région. Nous y retournerons !

Wonderful stay !
We had a great stay in this lovely house in idyllic settings ! we highly recommend it, for lovely family holidays as there are lots of fun things to do in the area, or just for a relaxing time among friends.

Great stay !
Wonderfully peaceful and quiet house. Great view on fields, trees, horses... I definitely recommand booking the Mill if you are looking for restful and green holidays!

Marvelous house in a magic area
The house is very comfy and there are a lot of attractions nearby. This is the best part of Burgundy.

Great holidays
I had the chance to stay at "le Moulin" in december, and had a really good time. The bedrooms are comfortable, lots of space in the dining room for family meals, a beautiful garden and shops at walking distance. Thanks again !

Saint Benin d'Azy is a typical French village, with the 'Mairie', church and school overlooking the central square. You will find in the village, a good baker, a post office and 2 tennis courts. In July and August a lovely outdoors swimming pool (25 meters length). A practical supermarket with petrol station is 1 km away. 20 minutes away, if you like climming in trees, there is a very good 'accrobranche' ( Sauvigny-les-Bois) an indoor swimming pool with sauna, aquagym ..(Imphy) parachute jump in Nevers. Whether you wish to read and dream all day or visit the country side, the Moulin d'Azy is ideal with its meadows surrounding the house, its fire place or the cultural towns nearby.
