This apartment is just a 15 minutes walk into the centre of Sarlat, where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shops. On arrival, we were delighted at the standard of this apartment. Every last detail had been considered, including a picnic cool bag, with freezer blocks and a rug. Proabably the best equipped apartment we have rented in France! Our host, Maggie is such a lovely lady, she immediately made us feel at home. It's worth taking the time to read her 'what to do in the area' manual which was really helpful and mapped our days out for us really easily. This area of France is outstandingly beautiful. So many opportunities for amazing photographs! We would have no hesitation in booking the same apartment if we return to Sarlat and in fact we would be very disappointed if it were already booked!

My 2 teenage daughters and I spent 3 nights here and were thrilled with both the accommodations and the location. The terrace and the rooms were lovely, the bed and pullout couch were comfortable, and everything we needed was right there. We were very thankful to have a clothes washer since we were halfway through our vacation. It was easy to walk into the historic centre ville and also convenient by car. The area had so many fun activities and sites that we couldn't do them all in 3 days. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity to return.

A wonderful week in Sarlat. A great location and very comfortable. We were made welcome from the start of our stay. The apartment was first rate and very convenient for touring the surrounding countryside. Absolutely recommend.

Had a fab week in this lovely apartment. Everything you needed was there. Very clean and we made good use of the lovely terrace, especially after being out and about during the day. We only went into Sarlat twice but it had some lovely spots and we missed the markets too due to arriving on Saturday and being out on Wednesday. Would thoroughly recommend this great base for a week in this stunning area.

A big thank you to Maggie and Ahm for a beautiful apartment, so tastefully decorated and furnished. Always around for information about local attractions, restaurants etc, but never intrusive. The proximity of the apartment to Sarlat meant we could stroll in and soak up the atmosphere of the town whilst enjoying Coffee, food, wine or on some occasions all three! Your suggestions about driving routes to the Bastide towns and places of interest in the Vezere valley were very useful. We had an amazing holiday, still telling everyone about it. Hopefully we will find another opportunity to come again in the not too distant future

Monet apartment is a beautifully decorated, well equipped apartment with a lovely balcony to sit out and enjoy the pretty garden. Maggie is very friendly and a great host. It's a lovely 10 minute walk into Sarlat. Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the Dordogne.

Stayed two weeks in this lovely apartment which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is modern, very clean,bright,with a lovely terrace where we could sit and eat.The owner has thought of everything,and the apartment is very well equipped to meet all needs.Its a ten minute walk into the old town of Sarlat,which was ideal. The area is stunningly beautiful, and this great apartment was the ideal base for traveling around.

We arrived hot and tired, and found a lovely basket with snacks, coffee,tea, and milk in the refrigerator. Maggie and her husband were wonderful and very helpful. We enjoyed the patio in the AM for coffee, and in the evening for wine, or dinner. Quiet location, a short walk into Sarlat, and a great home base for exploring the Dordogne. We are already thinking of returning.
