dormitorio principal con cama doble, dos dormitorios secundarios con camas individuales, con armarios empotrados; un salón comedor; cocina totalmente equipada (vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, despensa, nevera, congelador, tostadora, cafetera). Dos baño completos con bañera, uno anexo al dormitorio principal. Recibidor con armario para enseres de playa y toallas. Cuenta con terraza de 7 metros cuadrados con mobiliario y vistas a avda. de playa.
Está orientado al Noroeste, por lo que es muy fresco en las épocas de calor.
El edificio es de reciente construcción con muy buenas calidades, zonas verdes y jardines privados, además de piscina comunitaria (escalinata de fácil acceso, abierta...

muy bien ubicado,amplio y lo que yo buscaba.
lo peor el viento de levante o de poniente
piso relativamente nuevo y cercano a la playa y
los sitios de comida y bebida.

Estupendo para familias
Muy bien situado a 50 metros del paseo marítimo de la playa de Valdelagrana. Es espacioso y muy cómodo para familias. Mucha variedad de restaurantes muy cerca. También tiendas alrededor para los que prefieran comer en casa. Creo que es una de las mejores opciones para pasar unos días en El Puerto de Santa María.

Increíble piso en Valdelagrana
Fuimos un grupo de amigos con ocasión de una boda en El Puerto y decidimos alquilar el piso para dicho fin.
El piso está fenomenal, muy completo y cuidado, además de estar muy cerca de la playa y distintos restaurantes de la zona, así como farmacia, super, etc.
La dueña muy simpática y nos explicó todo lo que había en el piso, funcionamiento de la cocina, calentador, etc.
Además nos dejó salir a la hora que mejor nos venía.
Totalmente recomendable

El apartamento se encuentra en una ubicación inmejorable. Se trata de un apartamento amplio, confortable y muy bien cuidado. La dueña muy amable y atenta. Sin duda, repetiré.

Excelente apartamento
El apartamento está perfectamente situado, limpio y bien equipado. Los dueños son sencillamente maravillosos y atentos en todo momento a facilitar la estancia y a qué los huéspedes disfruten del especial embrujo de Cádiz

Estupendo
El apartamento está muy bien situado, de la playa, bares y supermercados. Bien equipado y los dueños son personas encantadoras y serviciales. Te atienden estupendamente.
Repetimos para éste verano.

Los anfitriones excelentes, el apartamento muy limpio y con todos los detalles, cerca de la playa, tiendas, bares, etc. no necesitas coger el coche, lo recomiendo.

El piso está todo perfecto Mari Ángeles estuvo excepcional está a 2 minutos de la playa .
