The remote vale that stretches between the peak of Volterra and the etruscan coast. Situated among the villages , vineyards and golden hills of Tuscany . This is no Disney-fied version of Tuscany. This is one of the glimpses of our land . In spring, the fields are intense green with yellow spots of flowers. In summer, they are gold and black due to different kinds of wheat. This is an enchanting place, it seems from another planet. A hidden gem situated among the villages , vineyards and golden hills of Tuscany. All these things give rise to a magical place full of charm. This is partly due to the strict conservation rules but also a debt is owed to Tuscany Forever collaboration with artists, designers and craft mans. The landscape, history and local character were essential to our version for Tuscany Forever , as such, the aesthetic is crisp, clean and comfortable. An expression of human creativity and taste for beauty. Involved with great sensitivity to create the art and great esteem to restoration. Wooden beams, flagstones, marble were all sourced in Italy. Hand crafted cotto floor. Local ceramics line the shelves. From modernist porcelain collection to contemporary pieces. Unique furniture pieces from antique markets along the whole Italy. Natural textiles, pure linen , stone from Sicily and...a lot of passion . BEACHES  In 35 minutes you will reach the nearest beaches ... Etruscan coast, the sea is about 35 min. away and you can reach the beaches of Cecina, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico, Castiglioncello and San Vincenzo. A line of the sea stretches from Livorno to Piombino - Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Rosignano, Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo. Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina di Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores where the water is deep and teeming with fish. Well-equipped marinas provide plenty of opportunities for yachting. Costa deli Etruschi with Populonia, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima… SIGHTSEEING  This lovely apartment is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. It is just a 10 minute drive to the wonderful medieval hilltop city of Volterra, a historic Etruscan city which can be viewed from the apartment. The immediate countryside around the apartment is absolutely stunning at all times of the year. Short drives will take you to the renowned cities of San Gimignano and Siena. Of course one cannot miss out on the Leaning Tower at Pisa - just an hour away. The nearest beaches of Cecina and Bibbona are about 30 minute drive, but there are further beautiful beaches and seaside villages within comfortable day trips.  Volterra – 10 km,

Happy Birthday party to remember
Happy birthday party to remember! I spent with my family an unforgettable week in the Lavanda apartment. Interiors -specious living room, decorated with a noticeable passion for the Italian design. A well-equipped kitchen -we found everything what we needed to prepare a great birthday party. On the arrival we found a welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge....the Tuscanyforever’s caretakers are really helpful and friendly! The Tuscanyforever is surrounded by hills and fields; I managed to disconnect and relax thanks to its peacefulness and fresh air, while enjoying the delicious specialties from the local producers of wine, cheese and olive oil. Don't forget to visit the near Casale Marittimo, or try the pistachio ice-cream by the sea in the Rosigniano marittimo. From there you can easily get to the breath taking Sabbia Bianche, where you can find Italian Caribbean -and a type of peace which can't be found anywhere else.

The remarkable place!
Unique place located in the heart of Tuscany and not far from the sea. Newly renovated in great taste combining old (house, history, tradition) with modern (1960's style furniture, today's facilities). Far from noise, although close to the shops, restaurants or cities. It also combines nature (views and smells) with comfort (wi-fi, pool, tennis court). Fantastic staff, just friendly people arround. It was excellent stay there. Highly recommended.

Charming and peaceful
I really enjoyed my vacation in tuscany, the place is very relaxing and it is sorrounded by a beautiful landscape. The apartment's design is remarkable, there is a nice swimming pool and a very big garden where you can chill out and read a book. It's a perfect place for couples as well as for families with kids, since there is even a playground and a tennis court. The staff was really nice and helpful, they told us everything about the places to visit and the best restaurants in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come back next year! :)

This lovely villa is ideally located for exploring Tuscany. It is just 10 minute drive from the location to the wonderful medieval hilltop city of Volterra, a historic Etruscan city which can be viewed from the the apartment. There is such of lot of immense historical interest to view in this city. The immediate countryside around the apartment is absolutely stunning at all times of the year. Short drives will take you to the renowned cities of San Gimignano and Siena. Of course one cannot miss out on the Leaning Tower at Pisa - just an hour away. The nearest beaches of Cecina and Bibbona are about 30 minute drive, but there are further beautiful beaches and seaside village within comfortable day trips away. San Miniato has a good golf course and is about 30 minute drive away should you feel like an 18 hole walk. Highly recommended for a holiday during any time of the year.
