Molto confortevole , vacanza relax
Situato in un posto strategico del paese , molto tranquillo ma a pochi passi dal centro dove si sviluppa la vita serale molto frequentata. Tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. Dotato di tutto l'occorrente.Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario.

BELLISSIMA VACANZA A VILLASIMIUS
Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana a luglio ed è stato fantastico. L'appartamento si trova in posizione tranquilla ma vicina al centro di Villasimius ( 10 minuti a piedi). Anche tutte le bellissime spiagge della zona sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. Lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno per due persone, ma c'è anche la disponibilità di un divano letto. La casa dispone di tutti i confort: TV, lavatrice, phon, lavatrice, stoviglie.
Narciso è un padrone di casa fantastico e disponibile con possibilità di check-in e check-out estremamente flessibili. Grazie Narciso, per la meravigliosa accoglienza!

Bella vacanza a prezzi contenuti
Io e la mia compagna siamo stati qui 10 giorni a luglio.
Si tratta di una ottima sistemazione, piano rialzato di villetta a schiera in un piccolo complesso isolato e silenzioso, con verde nel retro, a due passi da tutto quello che serve e a pochi minuti un auto dalle spiaggie.
L'appartamento ha una graziosa terrazzina coperta all'ingresso che abbiamo sfruttato molto a pranzo, a cena siamo sempre andati fuori .... ;-) .
Pulito, dotato di tutto quello che serve ed anche di più, come ombrellone e seggioline da spiaggia. E' sempre ben arieggiato (occhio a non fare sbattere le porte!) e non serve accendere l'aria condizionata, anche se c'è.
Proprietari disponibili e flessibili: consigliatissimo.
