Beautiful apartment for 5 people (4 adults + 1 children) in old farmhouse, carefully restored. Only 1.7 kms from Spoleto Centre.

The Ulivo apartment is recently refurbished to a very high standard, including an outdoor covered terraced (with table and chairs) and a beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
It comprises a large lounge area and tiled kitchen complete with all necessary utensils.
There are two confortable bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a four poster bed; a triple bedroom with a double bedroom and a small single bed.
Three bathrooms (with showers) one of which is suitable for disabled guests.

In Spoleto, the influence of the Roman era are still evident, despite Spoleto preserve, with its picturesque streets, the appearance of a medieval village. The oldest origins of Spoleto belong to the Roman Theatre, the Arch of Drusus and the Early Christian Basilica of San Salvatore; but to dominate all the monuments, the fortress built by Cardinal Albornoz in the second half of the fourteenth century. The Eroli Chapel and the Chapel of the Relics are two must-see attractions: the sooner you can admire the beautiful frescoes by Pinturicchio; while the second contains the fourteenth-century statue of the Madonna and Child. At the center of the city stands the majestic Duomo and within walking distance Arroni the Palace and the Church of Santa Maria della Manna d'Oro. Not only art, but Spoleto is a promoter of cultural events; First of all, the Festival of Two Worlds: a festival of cinema, theater, art, music and ballet.

How to get there
If you come from ROMA
Take 1° entrance to Spoleto; Then follow signs to the centre. After only 500 mt, you have Albornoz Palace hotel on the left, turn left for Torricella direction (or Convento Cappuccini).
Drive for 2 minutes up the hill, towards Torricella, which is at the top of the hill. Follow the main country road, a very windy road (so keep honking your horn), passing the large war memorial on your left. The road swings round to the left - do not turn off this road, left or right. After 2 mins, and another sharp swing to the left, you reach Villa Milani, which is on the left of a sharp bend to the right. Immediately after Villa Milano, you will find us on the right, at the top of a short incline. We have an iron gate.
