We werden uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen. De host was erg hulpvaardig en op de locatie ontbreekt het je aan niets. Alles is erg schoon en is zeer goed onderhouden. Geweldig zwembad met jacuzzi en zelfs een barbecue is er aanwezig. Ook mama kan geweldig koken. Zeker een aanrader en wij komen er natuurlijk weer terug. Wij hebben er geweldige dagen gehad. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento OLIVO e ci siamo trovati a dir poco in modo incantevole. L'appartamento ha una vista spettacolare che dà la possibilità di vedere tutta la villa, inoltre é posizionato in modo tale che le camere abbiano tutto il giorno un'illuminazione perfetta. Pulizia e design impeccabile.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso Villa pedossa nell'appartamento ulivo. Siamo stati accolti da Alessandra e la tua mamma con calore ed amicizia ed è stato amore a prima vista. La mamma di Alessandra Ci ha preparato una deliziosa crostata di mele cotogne e Mosto che abbiamo trovato in appartamento assieme ad un dolcissimo biglietto di benvenuto. La loro cordialità e le coccole ci hanno accompagnato per tutto il soggiorno. La casa era molto confortevole elegante e non mancava proprio nulla. Quasi non si avverte l'esigenza di spostarsi non manca proprio nulla dal tuffo in piscina all'aperitivo sotto il gazebo al bagno idromassaggio di notte nell'acqua bollente. Oppure un barbecue al tramonto cenando all'aperto anche a piedi nudi sul prato sotto un albero di albicocche. Dall' acqua microfiltrata a disposizione degli ospiti al caffè espresso o dalle mature albicocche che si possono cogliere per placare l'arsura del pomeriggio alla fresca insalata che gli ospiti possono raccogliere tranquillamente nell'orto di Villa Pedossa è davvero un'oasi senza paragoni. Gli spazi sono tali da consentire un vero relax all'insegna della privacy ma allo stesso tempo è possibile intrattenere simpatici e conviviali momenti giocando ad esempio nel campo bocce regolamentare provvisto di ogni strumento per una piacevole partita all'insegna del divertimento. Il caldo non lo abbiamo temuto nemmeno un momento perché oltre a rinfrescarci nella bellissima piscina volendo anche sui materassini messi a disposizione da Villa Pedossa, gli appartamenti sono dotati di impianti di condizionamento anche se le spesse mura della dimora del 700 potrebbero bastare per vivere l'appartamento nella sua freschezza lasciando aperte le finestre dalle quali il panorama mozzafiato a 360° regala campi di girasoli campi di grano ed uliveti a perdita d'occhio. Da Villa pedossa, che sembra un oasi nel nulla, si possono raggiungere le più note località turistiche. Dal centro storico di Senigallia a pochissimi km, alle bellissime spiagge del Conero raggiungibili con la vicinissima autostrada in una manciata di minuti. Da non perdere i Borghi medievali di Corinaldo e Mondavio così come da non perdere i bellissimi lavandeti visitabili nei paraggi. Alessandra saprà dare agli ospiti tutte le informazioni utili per un piacevole ed indimenticabile soggiorno. Villa pedossa è davvero una garanzia per visitare la bellissima regione Marche.

Ons verblijf in Villa Pedossa was perfect. We verbleven in het gezellig ingerichte appartement L'Olivo dat voorzien was van alle comfort. Elk appartement heeft er zijn eigen privacy in de ruime, schaduwrijke en mooi aangelegde tuin van het landgoed. Alles is heel netjes en in goede staat, luxueus. Het zwembad is heel goed onderhouden en de desinfectie gebeurt zonder chloor, dus geen huidirritatie. Prachtige ligging tussen de glooiende heuvels op 10 min. van de kust (Senigallia). We verbleven er 12 dagen en genoten van de streek en het aangename klimaat, de authentieke dorpjes, en natuurlijk de overheerlijke Italiaanse keuken. Alessandra was de ideale gastvrouw, ze was steeds bereikbaar voor goede tips, maar toch discreet en zeker niet opdringerig. Reservaties van restaurants en excursies (boottocht Conero-kust), niets was haar teveel. We werden bij onze aankomst verwend met een lekkere zelfgemaakte crostata (taart) en home made jam. Ook gaf ze ons nuttige adressen van plaatselijke handelaars en wijnboeren. Er zijn prachtige uitstappen te maken en de zichten zijn adembenemend, zowel in het binnenland als aan de kust. Maar zelfs wanneer je in de buurt wenst te blijven, zal je je zeker nooit vervelen. In de onmiddellijke nabijheid zijn er tal van middeleeuwse kleine dorpjes (Corinaldo, Mondavio,...). Wij hopen in de toekomst Le Marche en vooral Villa Pedossa nogmaals te bezoeken.

Together with our two children we had a wonderful week in July in Villa Pedossa! Upon arrival, we immediately tasted the nice and warm atmosphere.. We were given a very warm welcome by Alessandra the hostess. On our dining table in the apartment was a fragrant cake "di mama" waiting for us (baked by the mother of the hostess). The incredibly friendly hostess and her family did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There was also a lot of attention for the children. The hostess had nice tips for trips in the area and made the reservation for us at a restaurant if we wanted to eat out. If we wanted to cook in the villa ourselves, we went shopping at the Ipersimply in Senigallia. There was also the possibility to order pizza (the hostess arranged for us) which was then delivered to the villa. For lunch there was the possibility to order from a local caterer and have it delivered to the villa. Both were excellent. The villa is idyllically situated in the hilly landscape with sunflower fields as far as the eye can see. It is beautiful and perfectly maintained. It is the clever and hard work of the father of the hostess who has made the villa what it is today with great care in 20 years. We stayed in the largest apartment, appartamento L’Olivio, which had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, a living room with kitchen (fully equipped). The decor is very attractive and fits perfectly with the villa. In the large garden it was wonderful to relax by the swimming pool and whirlpool. Fruit trees and olive trees surround the house. There is also a vegetable garden with, among other things, tomatoes and basil that may be used. The beaches are a 10-minute drive away. Senigallia is a nice coastal town. There are restaurants right on the beach. There is plenty to see and visit in the area. We went to Urbino, among others, and visited the market in Civitanova Marche. We really enjoyed our week at Villa Pedossa and are definitely planning on going back. Highly recommended !!

Vi hadde et perfekt ukesopphold med vår fem år gamle sønn. Vi hadde "Olivo"-leiligheten og det var god plass for tre voksne og et barn. Nydelig hage med flott svømmebasseng, svært serviceinnstilte verter, familiedrevet som gir en avslappet og personlig atmosfære. Vi anbefaler dette stedet på det sterkeste, i nær avstand til strand og til flotte Senigallia om man ønsker å ta noen dagsturer. Tusen takk til Alessandra, Sandro og Gabriella. Skulle vi velge å feriere i dette området igjen, vil vi sikkert velge Villa Pedossa igjen. Saba, Annika, Maria og lille Emil. We had a perfect stay for a week with our five year old son. We stayed in the Olivo-appartement and had lot of space for three adults and one child. The garden is beautiful with swimmingpool, very service minded hosts, a family driven place which gives it a personal and relaxing atmosphere. It is very close to the beach and to fantastic Senigallia for daytrips. We wish to thank Alessandra, Sandro and Gabriella for contributing so much in giving us a marvellous stay. If we should choose this region again for our vacations, we will for sure come back here. Saba, Annika, Maria and little Emil.

We had a wonderfull time in Villa Pedossa. The location, appartement, pool and garden are beautifull! Alessandra , her team and mother and father are the best hosts! Sono stato per una settimana all'appartamento Olivo presso la favolosa villa Pedossa immersa nel verde insieme ai miei figli di 13 e 11 anni. L'appartamento è ristrutturato con grande gusto e attenzione ai particolari cercando soluzioni pienamente rispettose della tradizione rappresentata dalla villa del 700! Detto questo, le camere sono ampie e dotate di due comodissimi bagni dedicati. Il soggiorno è grande e dotato di cucina molto ben fornita (olio sale caffè zucchero etc). Per me indispensabile dato che coi ragazzi non ho voglia di mangiare fuori a pranzo e cena. Alessandra, che si occupa della gestione, è stata molto efficiente nell'aiutarmi ad organizzare le attività sportive (tennis a Senigallia etc) e prodiga di consigli indirizzandomi verso le molte attività convenzionate (spiaggia ristoranti negozi) scelte con molta cura e ovviamente a condizioni favorevoli. La villa è meravigliosa ed il giardino tenuto scrupolosamente per non parlare della magnifica piscina. Anche la location 6mozzafiato immersa tra campi di grano e girasole tra le colline marchigiane ma anche molto facile da trovare. Insomma ci tornerò sicuramente!!

A very spacious villa in a great location. We had the top floor 2 bedroom villa, which was very clean, with 2 good sized on suite bedrooms. The air-conditioning and WIFI worked well. The outside and grounds were very well maintained with good quality sun loungers and umbrellas. The villa is set in open country side but only about a 10 - 15 minute easy drive to Senigallia. At the time of our stay not all the apartments were booked, so on occasion it felt as though we were staying in a private villa, however because there is plenty of room around the pool I'm sure that even when fully booked it would still feel amazingly peaceful. From my initial booking enquiry to all other communications Alessandra was really helpful, answering my many questions quickly and patiently, including booking restaurants for us for our 1st nights arrival and other subsequent evenings. We have stayed in many villas in Italy, and this really was one of the best, both in terms of location and facilities. I would highly recommend it.

Ho già recensito la struttura nel suo complesso. Ora qualche parola sugli appartamenti, che sono bellissimi. L'Olivo, in particolare, ha due ampie stanze da letto, ciascuna con bagno interno ed un bellissimo living con camino e zona cucina. Spazi ristrutturati con sapienza ed attenzione, pulizia estrema, cura perfetta dello stile e delle dotazioni. Per un'amante dei lavori ad ago, maglia ed uncinetto, come me, un plauso agli asciugamani ricamati, ai cuscini ed alle coperte all'uncinetto, lavori preziosi della nonna della proprietaria, messi generosamente a disposizione degli ospiti! Alessandra e il suo papà sono persone squisite, che ci hanno fatto sentire accuditi fin dal primo contatto per la prenotazione. Un grazie da parte di tutti noi e un arrivederci presto!
