We spent a wonderful week at the villa with my family at the end of March. We chose a quiet and secluded place, away from the city scurry and not far from the tourist routes. We really liked Villa Sun and relax. It was a nice new house with 3 bedrooms,it was well-equipped with everything you need to stay. Near the house there is a nice lawn, a barbecue area, a table for a large company and sunbeds for sunbathing. But the most important thing in all of this is the stunning view of islands Ischia,Capri and of course volcano Vesuvius. The host family was very friendly and welcoming. They did everything to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was always in touch, he arranged all transfers and excursions for us. He took us to the store by his car for free and he helped to bring our suitcases. The advices for the other travelers For convenience, you need a car, as nearby restaurants, shops and the beach are at some distance. Notice that there is a steep slope from the house to the main road. The road is winding and narrow,so the better to rent a small car. The owner can book any car you choose . It is also possible to walk around. But be prepared to go up (10-15 minutes). Probably, it can be difficult with a baby stroller. This place is for you if you like nature,silent and beautiful views.You'll enjoy it!😉

Мы, 2 семейные пары из России, провели изумительные три недели на вилле у Кармине и его мамы. Вилла расположена в чудесном месте и с прекрасными видами на Везувий, Капри и море. Описание на сайте полностью соответствует натуре, в доме есть все необходимое для проживания, все чисто и аккуратно. Хозяева встретили нас тепло, нам приятно было с ними общаться и конечно очень вкусная пицца была приготовлена Анной. Хотим еще раз сказать СПАСИБО Кармине и Анне!!!

The house is perfect. Amazing view of the Napoli bay and Capri. Francesca and Carmine were great hosts, we just have to ask them to reserve tour and they did it for us. The only advise I would share would be the road to reach the house, you really need a small and powerful car. and ask them how to manage the road.

My family (of 5) stayed at Carmine’s place in July and it was perfect. The house is spacious and the has a 180 degree view of the Bay of Naples and Capri. Very clean with three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house is on their family land hence they make themselves available if needed. Overall it was the best Airbnb we stayed in on our European vacation. Some area highlights: 1) Carmine and his mother came over one night and prepared pizza in the outdoor pizza oven... great experience! 2) There is a hotel two minutes away that allows guests to use the pool (10 Euro’s per day) and has a nice restaurant. (Gocce Di Capri) 3) The town of Termini is three minutes up the road with a small grocery store, pharmacy and gelato shop. 4) There is a beach town (Marina del Cantonese) 15 minutes away with a number of good restaurants, boat rentals and tour boats to Capri and the other towns on the Amalie Coast)... We loved the restaurant in the Hotel Le Sirene. Also took a boat tour to Capri for the day which Carmine set up. 5) driving around the Amalie coast is an experience in itself. Beautiful scenery and wild road conditions. Make sure to not rent a car that is to large or it becomes difficult. We rented an Opel wagen which was as big as I would go. Even getting into Carmine’s driveway is difficult hence anything larger would have been an issue.

Carmine is the most amazing host! You can't beat the view and location of this private villa surrounded by a family farm / estate. We will stay here again.
