The accommodation consists of a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms one very wide with double bed and also double sofa bed and the other with two bunk beds, and bathroom with shower. This apartment has independent heating system, free wifi, private gated parking, bicycles, and led TV. In addition to a large communal garden it has also a private gated garden, located directly opposite the apartment, equipped with space to cook, eat and relax.

We would politely request that all guests treat the apartment with respect. Recycling is considered an important part of life in the province of Lucca, so we would ask all guests to participate in the daily recycling scheme. No smoking permitted in the apartment.

Rental does what it promises
Perfect holiday rental. Weather was not good for our stay but rental amenities were very good - even down to heat as it turned a bit cold a few nights. Could do with a few wine glasses but other than that it was excellent, 100%.

Una settimana passata in totale relax, siamo stati molto bene in questo posto, i proprietari molto gentili nell'accoglienza, casa in ordine dotata di tanti accessori (microonde, bbq, bici, frullatore ecc ) a due passi dal mare e dal centro.. da ritornare!!

Komfortable Wohnung mit separatem Außen-Grillbereich in perfekter Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, sehr gut instand gehalten, sehr sauber.
Ein besonderes Extra ist der eingezäunte Außenbereich zur privaten Nutzung - mit 2 separaten Grillgeräten (Holzkohle und Gas), Gaskochplatte, Waschbecken, großem Tisch mit vielen Stühlen, Hängematte sowie einem kleinen Kräutergarten.
Ausgezeichnete Lage für Besuche von Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, und auch Florenz (ca. 100 km) - 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand.
Sehr gut geeignet für erholsame und völlig ungestörte Ferien.
