Attico 14 è davvero un attico sui tetti di Lecce, e per quanto l'appartamento sia perfetto (dall'arredamento nuovo, curato e fine, con colori chiari e luminosi), la vera chicca è la terrazza! Siamo stati più fuori che dentro ormai, perché è piena di fiori, è più alta di tutte le altre, e si affaccia direttamente sul centro storico di Lecce, e ti permette di farne parte con riservatezza! Meraviglioso! Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, al punto tale che il posto ripagava il disagio dei parcheggi, disagio che nasce dalla mal organizzazione del Comune di Lecce. Chiunque volesse passare o fermarsi nella città, verrà accolto da Emilia e Felice, sempre disponibili 😊

Faultless few days, in this lovely, modern, spacious and spotlessly clean studio apartment, with huge shower room, and with amazing views over the city from the apartment and terrace, right in the heart of the fabulous Lecce. Brilliant, large terrace/roof-garden for breakfast, evening drinks before dinner, and shade for a siesta-rest in the heat of the day. As per Overview, it is quite a climb up the stairs to the attic apartment. Short walks to everything in the city, including all the sights, churches, museums, bars and excellent restaurants. Cheap, secure and easy parking 10-minute walk, and a great base to explore Puglia. Thank you so much to Emilia for her help with parking - perfect host. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this apartment enough. The location, the contact with the charming Emilia and her husband Felice, the spotless apartment and lastly but not least: the amazing and huge terrace. I think I have never seen such a beautiful terrace, that is obviously taken care of with lots of love. It is absolutely a gem! You get spoiled, while every time you come back, you get embraced by this place. Lecce is a great city, I could go on and talk about the lovely people, great restaurants, impressive culture and history and so on. But this is a review of the apartment and I want to finish by thanking Emilia for all the work she puts in to make sure you can enjoy the apartment and terrace to the fullest. She is there if you have any questions or needs and makes you feel more than welcome. I would love to go back and will recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to enjoy Lecce to it's fullest.

Attico 14 svetta con il suo bianco elegante tra i colori del cielo blu salentino, il verde brillante delle lussureggianti piante che avvolgono il grande terrazzo e la pietra leccese degli antichi monumenti e chiese che all'ora del tramonto si tingono d'oro. La location unica è anche perfetta per la sua posizione centralissima, così da poter raggiungere a piedi in pochissimo tempo tutti i monumenti del centro storico di Lecce. L'appartamento è splendidamente arredato con grande eleganza, merito della proprietaria Emilia che ha saputo combinare con gusto il minimalismo e l'essenzialità con alcuni elementi d'arredo ricercati. Altro punto di forza è la grande terrazza con vista su Santa Chiara e la piazza antistante, una vera e propria stanza aggiuntiva da godere in tutti i momenti della giornata durante la bella stagione. Impagabile la colazione con un pasticciotto leccese ripieno di crema, caldo e fragrante con vista sui tetti e le chiese barocche. La gentilezza, la cortesia, l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità dei proprietari Emilia e Felice vi riempiranno il cuore rendendo ancora più triste la partenza da questo splendido luogo.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appartement superbe avec son toit terrasse. L’accueil est excellent, le lieu tout à fait conforme à la description qui en est faite. Il est très bien équipé et très confortable. C’est un plaisir de profiter de la terrasse le soir. Localisation parfaite pour visiter Lecce. Nous recommandons vivement.

A gorgeous place to stay, in the centre of the old town of Lecce. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, and the accommodation was immaculate. Fabulous modern facilities and everything you need for a few days away. If you have a car, then please bear in mind that you will have to park away from the accommodation, and we were unlucky that the nearest long stay car parks couldn't take us. We ended up on the station car park which worked out quite reasonable cost wise. However, this didn't detract from our stay as once we had ditched the car, we were more than happy to stay in Lecce as there was plenty to see and do. The roof top terrace is the real selling point for this accommodation, as you can watch the world go by whilst having your own space to get away from it all. Great for breakfast on the terrace, or relaxing with a vino after a day of exploring. There are steps to climb, but its worth it! There are small supermarkets in reasonable walking distance so you can get the basics for self catering. We both absolutely loved staying here. We loved the vibe of Lecce, we loved the accommodation, and its situation in a very pretty piazza, and the owners were great - highly recommended and we would stay again without question.

This was a perfect place to chill out in a very chilled out City. The apartment is beautifully situated near good sights, bars and restaurants. It is very comfortable for two people, and the roof terrace is simply a delight. We sat out there admiring the views, the plants and cacti ; the swallows and even a family of kestrels. All in all I cannot reccomend this place highly enough. Grazie Emelie and Felipe.

A peaceful and private apartment with fantastic rooftop gardens. The location is perfect-in the heart of the city overlooking a beautiful square. The owners were so helpful-escorting us to the carpark/supermarket.Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a wonderful holiday in fabulous Lecce. The apartment was perfect in everyway-we loved every minute of our trip! Thank you.

This apartment is in the old town one block from Piazza Sant'Oronzo, which is the core of the city. Downstairs and around the neighboring streets are many bars and restaurants and shops. The apartment has a very nice spacious roof top deck with many areas to sit and all the beautiful plantings and artifacts incorporated into the deck. The apartment has a large kitchen living room combo and a nice size bedroom with closet and a modern bathroom. The tv is solely Italian tv although the owners said there was English speaking channels and the owners made great effort to get the english channels.maybe next year :-) The owners are an asset to this apartment, they speak no english but they live in the apartment below and are always available to help when needed..Emile and Felice couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming.

This is a dream of an apartment in Lecce. Immaculate and pristine and beautifully presented inside and out. The roof terrace is amazing and a real bonus for outdoor living. Emilia and Felice are great hosts and were here to welcome us when we arrived from the airport. We can highly recommend it. We loved it. Thank you both so much. Rosy and Roger
