The apartment is in the Francavilla al Mare tourist area, where in the evening there is walking, with many beautiful shops, tourist markets and restaurants.Features: private beach and free beach direct near the apartment, 15min away from Pescara International airport, 10min away from the Pescara central Train station. 5min away from great restaurants and supermarkets! Bus station direct near the house with connection to the airport, to the train station and to the ferry port. Very good restaurants near the apartment. Splendida terrazza in cui rilassarsi a qualunque ora
Pulizia impeccabile. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Appartamento estremamente curato e ben tenuto, comodo, spazioso e funzionale, con arredamento moderno e nuovissimo. Splendida terrazza con vista mare attrezzata come da foto, quasi sempre in ombra e ventilata, gradevolissima anche nelle ore più calde.
Bella posizione a un passo dal mare, vicina a supermercato, friggitoria-gastronomia, pizzeria da asporto, bar, gelateria, farmacia, ecc. Numerosissimi ristoranti nei lidi per tutti i gusti e le tasche. Spiaggia di sabbia fine con acqua bassa e calda. Consigliato per tutti, famiglie o gruppi di amici. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno ci si può dimenticare l'uso della macchina
