You will have full access to the upstairs villa, situated on two floors. The unit has private front and back entrances.
You will also be able to enjoy the pool and yard space, shared with the downstairs unit. Feel free to take any fruit or herbs that you like, from our many trees and plants. We are also glad to share with you from our extensive organic vegetable garden full of squash, peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, asparagus and lettuce. Laundry facilities are included in the unit.

Guests must know that the Municipality has established the Turist Tax (Tassa di Soggiorno), to be paid from June 1st to September 15th.
It is calculated as follows: € 1.50 per day, for every person older than 15 years, Just for the first 5 days of stay, no matter how many days long is the stay. This tax is to be paid to us in cash, on arrival.
