Residence San Martino is located in the central area and the main Erice. It has two entrances, one from Via Vittorio Emanuele and the Via Pietro Salerno, with adjoining the church of St. Martin. The complex consisting of 7 apartments for a maximum use of 4 people has a typical Ericino style, with whitewashed stone walls, and an interior courtyard from which all apartments have access. The apartments have equipped private bathroom with shower and complimentary toiletries; kitchen with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery etc. etc.). LCD flat-screen TV, free WI-FI, central heating, heat pump and air conditioning. There is also an apartment for disabled persons. Nearby restaurants, cafes and pastry shops where you can taste the culinary specialties of the area.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in Erice. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und an einen kostenfreien Parkplatz geleitet. Unser Appartement war modern und sauber und hatte glücklicherweise eine gut funktionierende Heizung, denn es war sehr kalt. Jedoch hatten wir leider eines der unteren Appartements, das mit seinen Milchglasscheiben und relativ niedrigen Decken ein bisschen Keller- Flair hatte. Zudem war das Appartement etwas feucht, trotz ausgiebigem Lüften. Es empfiehlt sich schon am Vortag Frühstücksutensilien zu besorgen, wenn man in dem Appartement frühstücken will. Zumindest in der Nebensaison öffnet der Mini Markt erst um etwa 9:30 Uhr.

È stato una vera sorpresa! Il residence è una casa tipica di Erice con cortile completamente ristrutturata! Lo stile moderno della camera è delizioso, in più è dotata o di tutti i comfort! Non includono la colazione, ma praticamente offrono the, caffè, merendine, fette biscottate e marmellatine! Il resto del minibar è a pagamento! Personale gentilissimo Lo consiglio

Maria Elena accoglie con un sorriso luminoso, di una gentilezza e simpatia rara, la struttura che dire .... assolutamente perfetta, tutta in pietra come il paese di Erice... incantevole sia il residence San Martino che Erice!!! Assolutamente da vedere per chi si appresta ad una vacanza in Sicilia
