Cefalu is well-known European seaside resort with beautiful medieval, full of history town in the heart. Cefalu is the most beautiful place of Sicily. On the central square upraise Duomo cathedral, ancient monastery and watching towers on the cape tops of seaside mountains. Possible organize excursion in Castelbuono, it's not so far distance, town with affecting panoramic Mountain View, visit their ancient castle. Also in Cefalu accessible sea walking to islands Lipari and Vulcano, Panarea and Stromboli. You will have unforgettable impression from each 20 min. eraption of vulcano Stromboli.
