Nous avions réservé avec mes deux amies dans ce qui semblait être un petit coin de paradis perdu dans la campagne, avec piscine (critère indispensable lorsque l'on se trouve loin des plages), qui s'est avérée... être vide à notre arrivée! Pietro le propriétaire nous rassure alors en nous disant qu'elle sera de nouveau utilisable dès le lendemain, mais à notre réveil, rien n’avait bougé. Nous avons donc déjà été refroidie par ce manque d'honnêteté (nous aurions pu en effet être prévenue avant notre arrivée, surtout que le problème subsistait déjà depuis quelques jours). Bref. En plus de cela, nous remarquons une très forte promiscuité avec les voisins, des lampes et une clime sur deux qui ne fonctionnait pas, et la cerise sur le gâteau... Des souris ! Nous en avons vu traverser une, qui est allée se réfugier sous les placards de cuisine. Malgré nos remarques auprès de Pietro, et le trou des souris que nous lui avons montré, il n'a rien voulu entendre. Il fut de très mauvaise foi, jusqu'au bout, nous maintenant que tout était parfait chez lui. Autant vous dire que c'est TRES désagréable surtout lirsqu'on paye pour une prestation et qu'autant de choses clochent. Et qu'on perd notre temps à faire tous ces constats aussi. Nous avons donc décidé 24h après notre arrivée de quitter les lieux. Il nous avait aussi promis de nous remboursée une partie de notre nuitée et ne l'a jamais fait. Plus jamais.

Nous sommes partie à 3 amies dans un besoin de passer des vacances calme, au soleil et au coeur de la nature de Sardaigne. Nous avons réservé un appartement pour une semaine en août dans ce qui semblait être un coin de Paradis. Nous sommes arrivés tard le dimanche. A notre arrivée, le directeur PIETRO nous annonce que la piscine est entièrement vide... La climatisation est installé uniquement dans le salon mais elle ne fonctionne pas. Le canapé est lit n'a même pas de véritable matelas, certaines lumières ne fonctionnent pas, la douche s'écoule mal .. Bref, nous décidons de passer au-dessus de tout cela et d'aller sur la terrasse. Les voisins sont à quelques centimètres de vous, une plante sépare les deux terrasses. Vraiment pas agréable de dîner en face de son voisin inconnu en maillot de bain. Nous passons la nuit là.. quoi de mieux comme réveil que les bruits de SOURIS DANS LE SALON ???? Nous avons vu des souris de nos propres yeux se baladant dans le salon et allant se réfugier dans leur belle maison sous la cuisine (photo à l'appuie). Nous avons donc été allé voir PIETRO le propriétaire pour lui expliquer la situation. Nos plaintes ont été mal reçues. Pietro nous propose donc tout simplement DE PARTIR ! Il précise qu’il nous remboursera la somme déboursée par nos soins et qu’il nous fera payer uniquement la nuit dormie (cette super nuit avec les souris). Nous partons donc un 20 août à la recherche d'une location pour le JOUR MEME. Autant vous dire que nous avons perdu une journée entière à rechercher un logement (en vacances les jours comptent !). Nous avons finalement passé de bonnes vacances, mais AILLEURS EVIDEMMENT. Vous vous doutez bien avec l’HONNÊTETE de cet homme qu’il ne nous a jamais remboursé et il nous a finalement menacé de poursuites. Si vous aimez la tranquillité, le calme, les vacances .. Bref n’allez pas là-bas !

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite à Green Park ! Le logement est très agréable à vivre, bien aménagé et propre. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la terrasse de notre lodge "Angy Suite" qui offrait une vue imprenable sur les montagnes de Sardaigne et la mer ! Les extérieurs (piscine, plantations, équipements) sont soignés et plaisant. Enfin, ce que vous ne trouverez nul par ailleurs, c'est le propriétaire : Pietro ! Il est le sarde le plus accueillant, disponible et chaleureux que l'on puisse trouver sur l'ile... Merci Pietro!

Super schöne Lodge mit sechs Apartments, weitläufigem Gelände, sehr schöner Poolanlage, überdachtem Aufenthaltabereich und BBQ Möglichkeit. Fahrradverleih und Segelturn auf Anfrage möglich. Sehr ruhige, etwas abseitsgelegene Anlage. Ein Auto ist nötig. Die Ruhe und der Ausblick von den Terrassen der Apartments sind toll. Diese sind gut eingerichtet und bieten Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Pietro und seine Familie sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber die den Kontakt zu den Gästen schätzen. Es gibt zahlreiche Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und Restaurantempfehlungen. Wir möchten wiederkommen.

The owner has just set this place up and is to be congratulated for his efforts, it really is a charming place, and offers a lot of excellent things. I have a lot of admiration for what he has created and over the years it will get better and better, I am sure. Positives: The owner and his family were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially in the first week. They gave us all sorts of useful information, at all times of day. The owner took us and some other guests on a one day yacht trip in the golfo aranci - a fantastic day with lots of good food, drink, swimming and more. The location is simply spectacular, with majestic views of the local rocky hills and you can just catch the sea in the distance. It's a great base from which to explore the coast and inland locations, away from the crowds. The swimming pool is lovely - surrounded by a nice lawn, with the luxury of a hot shower! and you can use it at all times, which is really nice. There is a well equipped common area near the pool, great for groups for example having a bbq together, playing pool, etc. There is wifi, and a very good TV screen and digital box offering channels in multiple languages. You also have your own shaded parking spot, which is handy, though you have a short climb from the cars up to the apartments (might be an issue if you're not very fit). If you're a foodie, the nearby agriturismo san giovanni offers some incredible local food - a definite must! The owner even offers the use of mountain bikes. You can also hike and enjoy the beautiful sardinian countryside (as well as the sea). Considering that this is a prime location in Sardegna (ie 20 min drive from the costa smeralda) overall it's really good value for money and so definitely worth considering. Negatives: Directions to the location were a little bit unclear - hard to spot the sign if you're arriving in the dark. The kitchen is quite limited - no oven, no microwave, and only basic utensils e.g. no carving knife. It's OK if you're not planning to do much cooking. We had an issue with the air conditioning, in that we were told off for using it apparently in excess. My partner suffers an allergic reaction to mosquito bites, and there is no netting so keeping windows open posed some challenges for us. So it might be worth negotiating its use at the outset, to avoid any misunderstandings. The owner should put netting up and also make clear at the outset his expectations of the maximum use of the aircon, or charge for it separately. The automatic gate failed to open on occasion but I understand the matter is being fixed. The wifi was intermittent. The rubbish bins (including recycling) by the main gate got quite full up, perhaps it might be useful to get some extra bins. The pool did not have a cover over it, nor is it surrounded by a fence so if you have small children, you need to watch where they go. The rural location means you need to drive for about 1km on a dirt track - it's not too bad, but watch out if you have a rental car you may need to wash it before returning it. Lastly, at one point the owner had a gardner spray insecticide outside our flat (on the lawn). This we did not like, especially with a small child, and also we felt it was not in agreement with the ethos, stated on the website, ie "...our ecological approach.... low impact, respect for nature...". So if you have issues with insecticides you may wish to discuss this too.

Per chi vuole vivere la Sardegna romanticamente ma comunque a due passi dalla "movida" della Costa Smeralda, questo è il posto giusto! Gli appartamenti sono bellissimi, accoglienti e dotati di ogni comfort. La location è magica, dall'alba al tramonto la vista mozzafiato sarà un'ottima compagna di viaggio.Pietro, Iana e la piccola Angelica saranno per tutti voi degli ottimi ospiti e ciceroni del luogo!
