Charming stone house Lucija is situated in village Mimice Medici on Adriatic coast, 35km south from town Split. House is completely renovated in 2009.<BR><BR>There are two floors with 103 square meters of living space. On the first floor there is living room and fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. The whole house is air-conditioned and had got Wi-Fi.<BR>In front of the house is big terrace with fantastic view on island Brac. Parking place is also in front of the house.<BR><BR>Medici is a small tourist settlement, situated in the heart of Omis riviera, 10 kilometers south of Omis and 26 kilometers northern of Makarska. Quelques précisions d'importances manquent dans la description de la Villa :
- il faut être un as du volant pour arriver jusqu'à la ville, ruelle très étroite, parking et demi tour sur la terrasse (les voisins aussi)
- droit de passage dérangeant sur la terrasse et sur le côté de la piscine
- barbecue : pas pratique
- et la cerise sur le gâteau : pas de climatisation dans les chambres alors que la propriétaire nous avait juré le contraire
- rapport qualité / prix : pas bon

Dear Florence,
we would like to take opportunity to comment on your remarks to all our future guests.
Regarding, narrow street to the house. Our house is in the old part of the village so we don't have avenues or wide streets. All the streets in old villages in Dalmatia are narrow because they are made before cars was even invented :-) Also I told to all my guests that the one part of the street is narrow and they didn't have complaint.
Regarding parking, you can park in 3 different spots. On terracce, near the terracce between trees or on the main streets. You choose to park on the terracce. Also terracce is only for you not neighbours.
Barbecue- it is not my fault if you don't know how to use it since it is normal barbecue.
Regarding A.C., prior to your arriving our outer unit was damaged ( broken compressor) and after contacting authorized service they have told us we have to wait at least 4 weeks for compressor to come from USA. We immediately buy two new wall mounted air conditioners and install it, one upstairs and second downstairs so the whole house was cooled. I even buy 3 fans for each room :-) Upon your arriving I have explain you all the situation and your friends was very supportive because they know these things just happend and it is not my fault.

Perfekt i njeder Beziehung
Wunderbare Lage, ein traumhaft schönes Haus und eine Vermieterin, die in ihrer Gastfreundschaft nicht zu überbieten ist.
Hiee ist einfach alles vorhanden (Geschirrspültabs, Handtücher in Fülle, ....) und man braucht nichts von all den Dingen mitnehmen, die man bei anderen Unterkünften dringend benötigt.
Einfach perfekt und wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen und diese einmalige Gastfeundschaft geniessen.

Meravigliosa...
La mia prima vacanza in Croazia, settimana dal 27 agosto al 3 settembre, è iniziata con lo scoprire questa meravigliosa villa in pietra... Con grande terrazza da dove si può godere di una splendida vista sul mare, anche dalla piscina... Dotata di tutti i confort, curata nei dettagli e molto pulita. Non sembra una casa vacanza, bensì una casa in cui vorresti abitare sempre, una casa " viva". La padrona, una persona molto cordiale e simpatica.
Io e i miei famigliari, ci siamo trovati benissimo, tanto che non saremmo mai ripartiti. Posso, senza ombra di dubbio, consigliare questa struttura a persone che cercano una vacanza tranquilla, in un luogo meraviglioso...

great place for holiday
Dear Zorica and Igor. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We had a great time. Your villa is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well equipped. We could enjoy a good size swimming pool as well as a large terrace with barbeque. The location is just perfect! The area is very quiet and peaceful with outstanding views and nice beach. It is worth renting a car and travel along the Adriatic coast. We loved Croatia and will come again. Many thanks Anna and Michal

Amazing property with stunning views
The villa was beautifully maintained and comfortably accommodated a group of 6 adults. we had an amazing stay surrounded by peace and quiet. it is possible to walk to a shop and bar/restaurant but a car is essential.
The villa is situated on a hill, providing stunning views especially at sunset. The road is narrow similar to roads across Croatia but there is further parking below on the main road by a set of steps up to the villa, that also proved access to the beach.
The pool was well maintained and cleaned daily, would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Einfach super!!!!!!
Die Eigentümer des Hauses waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Von der großen Terrasse mit gemauertem Kamin/Grill hat hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
